Comment: I waited a while for a while after the Hurricane for a pool cage like everyone else. It was worth the wait. I have a beautiful strong new cage that is the envy of the neighborhood. The guys kept us informed every step of the way and didnt leave until the job was completed. Communication was great. I am happy with the price and product.

Comment: The devastating effects of hurricane Ian put us in a bind. Being from NY, we didnt have much experience with Hurricanes and what they do to most roofs. JKS upgraded us to a Standing Seam metal roof and we love it! Highly recommended.

Comment: I used JKS to install a retractable screen on my pool lanai. Gabe did my install and he was very professional and responsive. There was an issue with the screen motor and he came out and replaced the motor under warranty quickly. I was very pleased with JKS and Gabe.

Comment: We were lucky enough not to have any major damage after Hurricane Ian, but needed some help with some cosmetic dings. Two days after Ian, happened to bump into Spencer. Told him what we needed, figuring it would be weeks before we could address these. Spencer just said he would send a couple of guys over in an hour. Almost didnt believe him, but sure enough - an hour later they were here. Professional and polite. They were done before we could blink. Recommended JKS to anyone who asked us.

Comment: I have never had a situation in my life as stressful as the one my family and I experienced after hurricane Irma decided that my neighbor’s 50 year old live oak should be dropped into my daughter’s bedroom. That is, until my neighbor introduced me to George A. and JKS construction. Thank God my daughter is ok, and thanks to JKS! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have had my faith restored in humanity! George turned what was becoming a nightmare into a seamless process. Our house is our home again, I could never thank George and JKS enough, but I will continue to recommend them to any friend, family, neighbor, or stranger in need. Thank you JKS!

Comment: I used JKS construction for my roof just before the storm. Work completed honestly, quickly and the roof held up during a cat 5 hurricane and only had minimal damage. Gabe and Spencer are awesome. They do work right, and honest. If you want a quality job reach out to these guys, especially Gabe Palmer, he is caring and compassionate and you could tell he loves what he does. Good job JKS

Comment: They helped me get my roof repaired from hurricane Irma damage. We had a challenging design issue with the roof that was causing water to pool and subsequently leech into the house. The owner figured out the problem problem and constructed an addition (a cricket) at his expense and fixed the problem!We just went through hurricane Ian and our 1927 only one block from the river held up! No leaks! No lost shingles! No lost gutters! Cannot thank them enough for the quality work!

Comment: Great company to work with in Cape Coral. I used them after Hurricane Irma in 2017 and they did a great job. Materials definitely took a while, which seems normal after a hurricane, but my roof was completed a whole year and a half before my neighbors who went with someone else. Now after Hurricane Ian, i reached out to them and they were very helpful once again. They had someone there the next day to check out my roof, and had it tarped off the following day. I greatly appreciated the promptness, especially with the damage in the area and the amount of people needing help.

Comment: JKS new Tilcor metal tile-look on my home may have saved my family during Hurricane Ian. I think we are the only roof in our neighborhood that made it. Also looks beautiful, people stop to ask about it.We had some material delays and some insurance delays but the JKS team stuck with us through to the end. They also did a good job respecting our family, pool and yard during the process.I will definitely work with this company again and recommend them to you and others.

Comment: JKS installed new roof and did a good job. They replaced the gutters and they dont drain properly around the whole house. Been in contact with them for 5 months nicely asking for them to correct problem. Always had a promise to come and then excuses of why they couldnt make it. Now they dont respond. They were there within 15 minutes to receive payment, but follow up sucks. Dont pay until everything is acceptable. Not the best available because of their poor follow up to complete the job. After contacting them and reporting a bad review, they contacted me and took care of the problem quite quickly. I will give them credit for following up and getting the problem finally corrected and Im sure they had problems with the rain and over booked on jobs which also led to the delay in following up. All is well now.

Comment: JKS Construction & Engineering was so incredible to work with. I had a very hard time with my insurance company Fed Nat. I was left in limbo for almost 2 1/2 years but once JKS sent out a representative name Danny Harrell. He was so wonderful. He immediately got my adjuster on the phone and re-opened my claim. Fed-Nat took full responsibility for everything immediatly. Instead of $3,500 that they initially gave me they awarded me $31,000 for a brand new full replacement on my roof. Also included brand new gutters as well. Plus a huge help because i kept all my receipts from the claim i was reimbursed for $5485 that i spent out of pocket for Central Air Conditioning system plus stove, and washing machine, and hot water heater that was hit by lighting. My installation of my roof was incredible. It looks amazing plus i have piece of mind that because of JKS and Dannys efforts my house is back to its orignal state. Thank you so much JKS Construction and Engineering and also the best representative i couldve ever had Danny.
