Comment: Fantastic company! From start to finish everything was professional. They made the entire process easy, fun, and efficient. We were treated as “part of the family” throughout the entire process. Everybody was accessible, all calls were returned promptly, and the quality of work was impeccable. The team never stopped until everything was perfect and met everybody’s satisfaction.The whole staff couldn’t have been nicer and I can honestly say that there was nothing negative about the entire experience. Would highly recommend JL Homes. In the future I would never take on any project without them!

The people at JL Home Projects are very reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented. The final product is absolutely beautiful and I could not be any happier with my choice of a general contractor for my kitchen.We used a different contractor for our bathroom remodeling project and he hardly ever showed up on time, his craftsmanship wasnt the best and the project came in way over the initial estimate. After going through that horrible experience with the bathroom, we needed to find a different general contractor. Upon getting some advice from a fellow Boca resident, we hired JL Home Projects to remodel our kitchen.Juliano and his team have renewed my faith in general contractors. Comment: My wife and I had passed by the JL showroom of Palmetto many time. We felt that the company would be too expensive for us to work with but decided to go to the showroom anyway. We were very pleasantly surprised at the quote we received on our kitchen and bathroom renovation. This experience was excellent. They have a job site which enables you to see pictures of your job and to easily communicate with the staff. We were amazed how they stuck to the schedule we were given. My wife and I went on a ten day cruise and the job was virtually complete on our return. The staff was unbelievable and the workers were so respectful of our home. My wife is smiling from ear to ear and an experience I dreaded was actually enjoyable. Comment: To anyone who is thinking of renovating their home or condo dont think twice about JL Home Projects!My husband and I purchased a 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in Boca Raton with the intent of remodeling the entire apartment. We have taken on other large renovation projects before, but never a long distance one! After interviewing several qualified builders in the area we decided to hire JL Home Projects. We made our decision based upon the the assurance that Juliano and his team would be updating me by his project management software that is updated periodically with work progress, pictures, videos, selections, schedule and payment information. That was crucial to me, there are always questions and decisions that have to be made during any construction and instead of trying to articulate them over the phone I could actually see a detailed compilation of each situation with entire team colaboration.That being said, we started the project...from the architectural plans to choosing the materials and finishes Juliano and his staff were amazing! Julianos sense of design and space relations far exceeds that of any general contractor. The showroom speaks for itself. Comment: If you are looking for a general contractor to remodel any room in your home, JL Home Projects is the way to go!!!Juliano, owner and contractor, was extremely efficient in meeting with my husband and I to begin our kitchen renovation. He listened to what we wanted and needed in our new kitchen. With the help of his staff, he came up with a design and layout that worked for us.Once we were ready to begin the remodel, JL Home was proficient in getting the correct permits needed and then the demolition began. Exciting!! Demolition was done within 2 days and the building process began.If an issue arose, Juliano and his project manager were quick to resolve it. We completely our kitchen renovation within 6 months time as Juliano promised. Overall, the entire experience was smooth and quick for such a major project.I HIGHLY recommend JL Home Project for any renovation in your home. Comment: I recently had my apartment completely renovated. this job was done long distance with my being in new york and i must say the project was completed with only a few snags (which were resolved) along the way. Juliano keeps in good contact by posting pictures of the work in progress and daily calendars on the website. this is extremely helpful when you are not in town as the work is being done. my kitchen has been completely transformed and is gorgeous. all the materials purchased from the show room are beautiful and top notch. juliano and his wife lia were extremely helpful in choosing materials,finishes and fixtures. i have the most beautiful flooring in all of Florida. Comment: I would highly recommend JL Home Projects to anyone looking to do a remodeling project. Ive worked with them on two bathroom remodels and would definitely go with them on future projects. JL Homes got the project done on schedule and on budget. Their workers are truly experts at what they do. In addition, they prep your home before the project begins as to minimize dirt and debris and clean up after themselves before they leave. They have complete respect for your home. The coordination between tile workers, electricians, the shower glass company, carpenters, painters, plumbers, and drywallers can only be described as remarkable. Juliano, and/or his office were always available to address our questions and concerns in a pleasant and patient manner. I would highly recommend JL Homes without any reservation what so ever.
