Jeff showed a greatt experience for KB homes and really stook to the motto of homes built in relationships. I actually feel like Im important to them not just a sales pitch or a number.

Comment: I initially worked with a different representative of KB early during the new build. Debbie Jewel was heaven sent as she was to replace the outgoing staff member. Her communication was second to none, she sent weekly photos and updates of my new build. On days when she was not at the office, Debbie still welcomed any questions I may have had. Debbie is that rare professional with real old school values. She knows how important purchasing a home is, and the overwhelming feelings a buyer will experience. Debbie Jewel is literally a hidden gem. Unlike many other businesses (even home buying), Debbie takes pride in her profession, she can be trusted, and genuinely cares about people. She is that rare gem! My family is fortunate to have her now and after closing on my KB home, still feel comfortable reaching out to her for home related questions.

Carol & Edwin explains every step of the way, week by week how your construction is going. The show room is amazing you can customize your house how ever you want. And the cost for upgrades is way lower than others in the market. Awesome neighborhood!Their is no hidden on your construction, I visited my new house every week, and saw every step of the construction. Carol and Edwin were available any time I called them with any questions. Their is no words to explain the amazing experience we received from start to finish by Carol & Edwin, there is no doubt theyre a great asset to KB.KB HOME IS #1 BUILDER!!!

She was absolutely wonderful, so friendly, welcoming, warm, professional and knowledgeable. She accommodated us every step of the way. Without Debbie’s dedication our dream to own a home wouldn’t have been possible. She helped choose the perfect lot (respecting our specifications). Debbie helped us pick our favorite home model even when we didn’t have the confidence to choose the home we truly loved. Comment: The KB home building experience was amazing from Rod the salesman to Ed the construction mgr. I bought from out of state and they seemlessly worked with me. Rod sent me pictures every week on the house progress. What builder does that? I have built two new homes and nobody ever did that. The house is solid like a rock! so amazed how they made sure even the littlest mark they fixed before closing! excellent home value. Love hopping over to Disney Springs for dinner.
