Comment: As a first time home owner one can feel a little overwhelmed with not knowing the process especially when building but I must say that in my situation that is not the case. I MUST give my assign “team” their flowers as they deserve it and more!!*Camille Leachman*I must point out how she took her time with myself & my husband to made sure every question, concern was taken care of with no hesitation or concern with time we took our first meet. She is such a delight, such a beautiful soul. With in a few moments of talking with her I knew she had our back. Loyalty and truthfulness, just pours out of her effortlessly. I’m so excited to have started my journey with her by my side.I’m so happy and feel so bless to have what I call the dynamic duo on my side. I have not enough words to express my gratitude for all the hard work they put in to ensure you’re completely satisfied and you get to where you need. They work with you and their patience is unheard of. These people are beautiful souls. They made me a first time homeowner in a brand new build that I saw from beginning to end as a single mom. Comment: From the first time I met Camille, at the sales office, I knew we would be in good hands. Buying a home is such a huge investment you make in life and Camille and the entire staff at KB Homes made it such a smooth process. The communication was great. Even if there was nothing to update us on, a quick hello text was sent by Camille, just to make sure we didn’t have any questions. She was always quick to respond too. We went through the KB lending team and also had fantastic service from Christ and Wilfredo. Again, communication was on point. We had weekly updates (sometimes multiple calls just as a check in). When we went for our walk through, we were allowed to take as much time as we needed. Bryan took notes and got back to us with our needs within 12 hours! Now that we have been in our home for almost a month, we are still being contacted by Bryan to make sure everything is 100% perfect. We noticed caulking in our shower needed to be fixed and someone was here in 2 days to fix it. We wanted additional support for our pantry shelves, no questions asked and Bryan had it ordered for us. I cannot thank this KB team enough for making this home buying process so smooth and exciting. I would highly recommend KB to anyone looking to buy a home.

Comment: I closed on my house at the Gardens at Lake Jackson Ridge in April. Honestly, I couldnt be happier with the decision to build here. I signed a contract in early November with the understanding they probably wouldnt start building until after Christmas. I was okay with that as holidays get busy anyways and there was home design to do!They began construction on my home the first week in January, and after almost everyone I know, including the sales agent kept telling me 5 or 6 months, they zipped through the construction like their pants were on fire.The home was officially done at the end of March, beginning of April. I couldnt believe how fast the work was done. I was convinced the workmanship had to be low quality to get done that fast. I was proven wrong to the nth degree. The quality of the build of this home is tremendous. And the attention to detail by the crews were impeccable.The KB Home staff is also a force to be reckoned with. The sales agent, Tracy, was fantastic to work with. No high pressure tactics. Thats an easy job when the quality of the homes speaks for themselves.The construction manager Bryan, also fantastic. Always in contact with me throughout the process and he made sure I understood everything that was going on, as this was my first home purchase.I will recommend KB Home to anyone I come across. They really have set the bar for home building.
