Comment: If you are looking for a general contractor, your search is over. K&G construction just did a fabulous job building my new restaurant Verino‘s pizzeria a Grill in Ft. Lauderdale. It was a complete demolition to remodel project, and they nailed it. All their subcontractors were very professional, and did quality work. We have all dealt with contractors that never show up and don’t pick up their phones. K&G construction was on site every day and Jose and Armen was their forme every time called.I recommend this company for any of your construction needs.

While we were remote during the renovations, KG construction kept constant communication on updates any changes and overall progress of the project. They worked with in the project budget and there were no surprises at the end. More importantly, there is a high degree of trust and honesty and working with KG construction. Armen and Jose have been very helpful and delivered a first class job with high quality over the 12 months the renovation project was ongoing. Im impressed with the project leadership and extraordinary communication skills. It is hard to find contractors that commit to a deadline and keep you updated on a daily basis about progress. Comment: KG Construction provided excellent service, design and materials for our total bathroom remodel. We asked them to update our circa 1979 condo bathroom, and with just a few parameters from us they created a modern spa-like space that we enjoy every day. They provided us with a few simple choices and took care of sourcing all materials. The end result is stunning both in appearance and quality of work. Even through these difficult times, they were able to coordinate with all the various inspectors and took care of our safety by ensuring all subcontractors followed mask and social distancing protocols. Jose and Armen provided us with regular status updates and communicated schedules clearly, and their congenial banter often made us feel like we were hearing the home improvement version of Car Talk. Every step of the way they made sure we were happy and did their best to make us comfortable while living in a construction zone. We couldnt be happier with the process and end result, and we have already asked them to take on other projects for us. Many thanks to KG Construction!
