Comment: This company was very responsive after Hurricane Ian. The sales rep Rosie was extremely professional and communicative. She even had two of her co-workers go out of their way to remove loose tiles from my roof to avoid them coming down and doing more damage to my property. As promised, she contacted my insurance company to advocate proper repairs to my roof. I highly recommend them.

Comment: Had new roofs put on my 2 homes in Bonita a few years ago. Excellent work. Found water in laundry room several times after that in 1 home and they responded with 2 men who did a thorough search but couldnt find the source. The water leak is persisting and I reached out this morning for help. Very courteous on the phone and Ill keep you up on details of their response. 5 star so far

Comment: We had an excellent experience with Kleinberger Roofing. Kleinberger worked with our insurance company and adjuster directly to get us the best settlement. Justin Bills was our point of contact and he was extremely responsive and professional. All the guys that worked on our house were very nice and professional. Our outside equipment was covered and secured prior to any roof work being done. Our garage door, entry door and windows were covered daily to prevent damage from falling debris. Every day the guys would sweep the yard with a magnet and pick up ALL the debris. Our property was left immaculate every day! Our roof looks fabulous and we couldnt be happier!!

Comment: We had a new roof installed by Kleinberger- our contact person was Tim Beba- He worked with us above and beyond what one would expect- he always stayed in touch- he was attentive- straight forward and honest- he made getting a new roof as painless as possible- the company is a class act and so is Tim!!! We cannot say enough good things about Tim and Kleinberger- they are both 5 stars!!!!

Comment: Roofing company. I was referred to this company by a friend. I called the company and was assigned Tim Beba as my project manager. What a good guy. They handled everything including negotiating with the insurance company. Anytime I have a question about the job, he is available. He’s been very informative and helpful. I would highly recommend Tim and his company.

Comment: My family would like to thank you and your dedicated and experienced workforce for the excellent work that was done to repair the damage done by hurricane Irma on our home. We are more than grateful for the excellent customer service and attention to detail everyone provided us that worked on your team. We would like to especially call out Chance, we was professional, attentive , kind, and very thorough. He literally held our hand through the whole process. I was traveling back-and-forth from Wisconsin to Florida and he took extra special care of my mother who is 85 to manage the project to full completion . We would gladly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an experienced contractor in the Naples area.

Comment: Kleinberger replaced my roof damaged by Irma. Had roof repairs done immediately after the storm. There was way more damage than initial assessment concluded. Tim Beba was the project manager I worked with. He helped me reopen my insurance claim and get the approval to get repairs completed. Like that Kleinberger does not sub out any of the roof work. Employees were courteous and kept us in the loop through the process. The new roof exceeded my expectation. It looked much better than I thought. Thanks Tim and Kleinberger. I highly recommend this company.

Comment: Wonderful Company. They did an excellent job replacing our roof. They negotiated with the insurance company for us, got us approved and handled all the paperwork. They have a great project manager in Tim Beba. He came around repeatedly when the crews were here working. Answered my questions and took care of any issues. Kleinberger replaced dozens of roofs in our neighborhood. I am surprised that there are not more positive reviews. Highly recommend.
