My wife and I were referred to Lara construction by our condo association, so we contacted Luis regarding a complete remodel of our beachfront condo in Fort Myers Beach. From the very first phone call, to the final payment, Luis and his brothers were absolutely amazing! This was our first experience conducting a remodel from out of state. We live over 1000 miles away, and we couldn’t be happier with the final results. Everyone we worked with was always a very polite, extremely helpful, and made us feel like our job was as important to them as it was to us.I would highly recommend Lara construction for any of your remodeling needs. Their attention to detail, customer service, and professionalism is unmatched. I look forward to any opportunity to work with them again in the future. Comment: Lara Construction did remodel the guest bath in our vacation home on Sanibel. From the first meet until completion of the project we were very satisfied and would propose LC without concerns. It is not always easy to find a company in FL were you are 100% agree with, but we did. Looking forward to our next project with Lara Construction.

Comment: I contracted with Luis Construction to handle a kitchen remodel for a vacation house in Cape Coral. Since I am out of town, it was important to me that I worked with a company I could trust and could talk to whenever needed. This company was able to perform the work competently without any real oversight from me. I would use them again and confidently refer them to anyone looking for a reliable home improvement contractor.

Comment: Excellent!!Our project consisted of a complete remodel of the floors, kitchen and bathroom. Luis worked personally with us every step of the way. They did everything they said they were going to do, paid great attention to detail and (even finished the project ahead of schedule) with a beautiful end result! I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Comment: I contacted Luis at Lara Construction for installing new wood like tile flooring at my newly purchased home in Ft. Myers Beach. What we didnt know at the time was the extent of remodel that would be involved due to some structural issues with our home. Needless to say, it was a huge surprise to us. This somewhat simple job turned out to be an all out home remodel! Luis and everyone one involved made what seemed like an impossible job, an amazing success!! My home looks beautiful now with a complete upstairs remodel, bathroom and all. Brand new staircase and gorgeous flooring!! All I get is positive comments from everyone that sees the work that was done. I would highly recommend Lara Construction for any job not only because of the quality of their work but also their customer service and professionalism. Comment: This past summer in the midst of my mothers death...I was fortunate to consult with Luis Lara of Lara Construction about updating my kitchen. Lara Construction was patient, meticulous, and made sure every detail in their design and construction was perfect. His brothers and he were always readily available to reach by phone to address any changes, concerns, or update on status. Photos were taken periodically to review the progress. When I walked in the door , it was like walking in to a new home. Never have I received such outstanding service and feel like they are part of my family now.Lara Construction is licensed and the most professional contractors I have dealt with in a very long time. Comment: Lara Construction group remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms in our condo in August 2015. Luis supervised and managed everything from demo through cabinets to vanities, tile, granite, glass doors, drywall work- all was top notch quality and turned out beautifully. The job was on budget and on time. Selection of materials was easy considering we live out of town and was no hassle on our part. Comment: Lara Construction’s has done more than 20 remodel’s in our 2 bedroom 2 bath condos, we are located at Seaside All Suite Resort in Fort Myers Beach. I highly recommend them for any size project you are thinking of. They are honest, loyal and all the employees are perfectionist. They are very continence to your time and schedule. I’ve never waited for anyone to arrive to the work site, very much so the opposite they have always been ready and eager to work. Everyone that we’ve recommended them to whether personal home remodeling or our condo owners have been extremely pleased with the work they do and the level of professionalism they give. Comment: These guys took over a project, for me, once we found out our contractor was maybe less say less than honest about his experience as a contractor. It was Million Dollar gulf access house. I have referred these guys many times and all I get is compliments from those I have referred them to. I give them 5 stars....when you want it done right and good communication these three brothers are the right choice.
