Comment: We like to do our research before making decisions, especially a big one like building our dream home. We came across a few companies but without any doubt Laram Construction won our business. Moving across the country looking for the right builder for three homes for our big family, Eric and his team were the right fit. From the first meeting we could tell Eric was a genuine person that stood behind his work. In our building process we had a few change ups and Eric was always willing to work with us so we were happy. Comment: From our first meeting with Eric, my wife and I found Laram Construction to be attentive and professional in helping us achieve our new home.We moved to Naples from the east coast of south Florida and were looking for the right area to build our home. Not only did Eric discuss our construction needs, but steered us in the right direction to find the acreage we wanted in a desirable area of Golden Gates Estates.Laram Construction provided the highest quality in materials, workmanship, and custom needs for our home. My wife and I had specific wants for our home and with Eric s eye for detail and follow through, we now have the home we have dreamed and planned for a long time.All the employees of Laram made every effort to construct our home with detail to achieve the outcome my wife and I wanted. Workmanship is hard to find today with the just get it done attitude some firms have.Eric and Laram built our home as if it were going to be their own. That says volumes about their integrity and work ethics.All this sounds expensive but Laram provides value in their models that are upgrades in other builders. Comment: When my husband and I decided to move from Miami to Naples, the decision was not easy. We have raised our boys in our home and lived here for 28years. However, God allowed us to meet Christy and Eric. The process has been extremely rewarding. My husband is a very smart man and is hands on to fix, repair, build anything around our home. Eric understood our goals and dreams from the very beginning. Eric and Juan helped us find a GOOD LOT. The construction is coming along beautiful and I know the finish product will be AMAZING!!! Comment: My husband and I built our custom design home with Laram Construction. Our entire duration of our build took about 7 months, which is unheard of for a custome home. From start to finish it was such an amazing experience. They are a family owned company and such a pleasure to work work with. Honest, reliable, patient, understanding and extremely hard working, they went totally beyond our expectations. Eric kept us informed and involved with all final details which helped make everything come together just as we wished. Comment: Laram Construction is by far the BEST company my wife and I have ever worked with. Eric and his team are so professional and courteous. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Building a home for the first time is as scary as it seems. There are too many unknowns and no one there to guide you or point you in the right direction. We looked into various companies and met with quite a few and felt that none of them cared about our vision nor did they want to make time for us. All that uncertainty disappeared when we met Eric at Laram Construction. He listened to us and made us feel that our business was valued. Eric answered all of our questions and concerns throughout the entire process without hesitation. The attention to detail is impeccable and it makes their company the best in the business. After having started the construction, Eric keeps you up to date with all the projects occurring at the home. His employees are very friendly, professional and are happy to explain what projects they are working on. My wife and I are incredibly fortunate to have found such a great company to build our dream home!
