When we got there, we realized how beautiful their models are and we chose the Ashton model, the same one where is the office. Comment: Finding a home was one of the hardest things to do in todays market. I was in a situation where I had to find a home within a few months. Unfortunately, the builders I went to weren’t even taking new builds. However, my realtor was persistent and took me to Maronda Homes. We were greeted by the most humble lady named Denia. I feel like she saved me and my families future. She looked to see if she had any spec homes available and they had one right in the area I needed. She was extremely helpful with explaining the time frame I would be waiting and everything the house came with. It was a deal I couldn’t turn down. Denia made the process very smooth for my family and I. I highly recommend purchasing a home from Maronda Homes and having Denia to guide you will be an extra blessing.

Comment: My wife and Is overall experience with Maronda is great. Our sales representative is Derrick Jordan and he has been quick and precise on questions her and I have. We are both first time home buyers and we are in the process of still getting our house but pleasantry wise and expectations wise has far exceeded what we thought it was going to be like. 5 stars for sure.
