Comment: Working with Leveline Construction was a pleasure, the quality and attention to detail was above and beyond what I had experienced in the past with other contractors, they were always available to answer any questions I had, and they were always on time, I had no problems with them showing up when they said they will and we passed all the inspections with no problems, their team was extremely professional, and the quality of their work is excellent, we were very lucky to find them and we still use them and recommend them to others.

Comment: Their service was absolutely above and beyond what we expected, Leor and his team are very qualified and experienced professionals, that were able to create a beautiful master bedroom out of a Jack and Jill bedroom, even after years the renovation took place, the cabinets (that we bought from them) and all the finishings look exactly as the same day they finished. Leor was always available for our questions and concerns we had. The project included installing a bathtub, create a huge shower enclosure with several shower jets, tile to ceiling, glass wall, create a toilet enclosure, double sinks, install mirrors, install recess lights and create a closet for linens with a hidden laundry basket. And they were able to do all that without damaging any of the rooms next to this new bathroom and the most amazing was there was no damage to the ceiling downstairs. I cannot express how impressed we were with their attention to detail and quality of work of all their team members. Through the years I have referred them to friends and family in the area.

All his subs seemed to get along well and work together allowing for all to do quality work. Comment: We used Leveline Construction for a complete raze and rebuild of our kitchen. We cannot say enough good things about the company and the owner. From early design up and until the final finishing touches, the owner was with us every step of the way. He helped us make design decisions, even showing us photos of items / appliances in his own kitchen to help us make those decisions. His patience was limitless and the results were astounding! The quality of workmanship and attention to detail were beyond our expectations and we are pretty picky.In closing, we have to say that the owners communication skills are off the charts with no surprises. The entire project was done while we were touring the Midwest in our RV. The owner made sure that he tracked us down to make necessary decisions and scheduled calls in advance so we could be available. We were 100%+ impressed and would definitely recommend Level Line Construction unequivocally!!! We LOVE our new kitchen as do all of our friends and neighbors!

Comment: It is rare that I give reviews to companies but in this case, it is my desire to share what an amazing company Leveline Construction is on so many levels. I was out of town during the entire project from start to finish, totally gutted my kitchen and bathrooms and replaced flooring and painted my house, You might ask why I would use them again and again it simply the owner truly cares, treats your home like it is his and takes pride in his work. His communication skills are off the charts. I could not be happier with my experience the last 4 months.

Comment: I did not use Leveline...ONLY because I wanted to do a lot of the work myself. His honesty is apparent and I have seen his work - he is good at what he does! He was upfront about what he would do and clear. As a seasoned person, who knows how to do a lot of things around the house - I would not hesitate to use Leveline if I wanted turnkey. Breath of fresh air in Florida contractors.

Comment: We would highly recommend Leveline Construction! We had to do a full mold remediation in our home and needed a GC to help us put the home back together (floors, drywall, shower tile, etc.). This typically would be a smaller job but we ended up having them tear down a wall in our kitchen and install a huge island as well as add some recessed lighting. Leor and the team did an amazing job. We had never had to do any type of remodeling before but Leor walked us through each step and him and his team were more than willing to answer all of our never ending questions. The estimates were clear and pricing was fair. We were credited back for any unused materials or items purchased ourselves. The work that Sokol and team did is impeccable and we really couldnt be happier. They didnt treat our job like it was on the smaller end and also treated us and our home as if they were working on their own. We couldnt be more pleased and would recommend to anyone.

Comment: My husband and I highly recommend Leveline Construction. Last year, they renovated our kitchen and pool bath. We were so happy with the results and with the professionalism of the team, that we just had them back to renovate our master bath. The master bath is stunning. I’m thrilled with the results. The work on both projects was done on time and within budget. Leor is excellent about keeping you informed throughout the project and finding solutions to any of those quirky problems that arise whenever you undertake a renovation project. (Love the pneumatic garbage disposal button, Leor.) I need to especially comment on Leor’s team of craftsmen. The quality of their work is exceptional and they are experienced enough to deal with challenging design issues. We plan to have Leveline Construction back whenever we do another project.

Comment: Leor did an amazing job of extensively remodeling my home. My 1986 kitchen looked dated with a drop ceiling and low hanging white Formica cabinets, and pocket doors. Not anymore! The drop ceiling was raised to the roofline allowing for new tall cabinets to be lifted. The cabinet manufacturer Leveline uses produces a quality product with solid hardware. Pocket doors were removed and arched openings were added. During the project Leor would meet me after work daily and review what had been done. Most of all I love the beautiful hand-crafted built in bookcases in the library (formerly the living room). There were minimal delays in the schedule and that was important because I was waiting to move in. Through Leveline I became familiar with a painter, plumber and electrician I still use. I love my house and Im grateful to Leor and his people for helping me!

Comment: Leveline Construction took our drab (the house was actually painted green at closing), dated (wood paneling anyone?) and severely lived in (showed no signs of being cleaned since new in 1981) purchase in Palm Harbor and morphed it into a home that can take the abuses of 2 boys and 3 dogs. Leveline involved us in every part of the renovation; from the outlet covers to the granite counter tops. They were able to steer my wife away from a single sink master bathroom as well as create a more desirable layout for the master bedroom that has worked out beautifully! Leveline’s experience in the renovation/construction business has definitely saved us from future corrections if we ever decide to move. I would highly recommend Leveline to anyone in need of renovation work to a full home build. Their attention to detail and quality of materials sets them apart. It is true affordable luxury.
