I had a new therapeutic spa in stalled and enclosed. Laura and her team completed and met every promise they committed to before they were awarded the job. Laura’s measuring and engineering guys were spot on which makes for no surprises on installation day. Her installers are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Her staff and contractors transformed our patio into another room that we are very happy with and it will enable us to entertain and spend quiet time especially at sunrise and sunset. LG Screen Repair worked with me on the design and provided an affordable pay schedule to work in my budget. The office staff answered all my questions timely and professionally. All the sub contractors and workers at my house during the concrete phase, design, installation and landscaping were always professional. Comment: LG screened in our lanai. We got French doors that open wide for entertaining as well as a dog door so our puppies can go outside. They handled the permit, HOA documents, and notice of commencement. Their prices were great and the quality of the work was solid. We are really happy with the project. From start to finish the company, the young lady that came in to estimate our $15K plus 32 x 15 screen room and the crew were professional, neat and on time with every aspect of the project. More importantly to me they did everything they promised. LG also went above and beyond after having a nightmare experience with the 1st contractor hired. LG Screen was able to incorporate many of our existing parts to at least take some sting out of the $ loss due to the previous contractor.
