Comment: Had Lloyds construction fix a corner of our houses exterior wall which had an issue with water intrusion. They had to fix the framing and OSB barrier on the inside of a brick veneer around a box frame window (and all new drywall in a ~10x10 section of wall). They came out on time and fixed it quickly and did a great job with the new drywall. There was even an issue where a separate mold company short shortsightedly threw away the undamaged matching wooden trim below the window and the lloyds workers were able to make/cut a new very similar trim same day to finish the project!I was impressed on their confidence compared to a different company I had out to look at the issue, this was definitely minor compared to some of the work theyre capable of. I would certainly hire again in the future for any bigger home renovations or repair jobs though sounds like they are willing to do smaller jobs too which is good and seems unique for the size of their company.

Comment: Lloyds repaired a leaking patio roof and replaced the soffits underneath that had rotted from the leak. They also repaired a corner of the drywall ceiling that was sagging in the garage. Great quality work.

Comment: It was a rough 6-10 months with a whole home remodel but Lloyds did it all. We had bumps as you do with remodels but the end we were very happy. Working with Larry and Dan made everything get done correctly and properly. I plan on using them again for the small stuff we gotta finish and probably the next home

Comment: Lloyds Construction to great care of me and my home after a tree fell thru mu roof. They completed the roof replacement, interior repairs and even painted the exterior for me. Joseph, Jose and Sonni were on point every day, stayed on schedule and were kind and professional throughout the job. Kayla, Holly and everyone I met in the office were also super friendly and kept everything organized. I cannot thank all of them enough for getting me through everything!

The quality of the work is top notch, and Larry has been very responsive to any questions or concerns I may have had, he took care of us like family. Comment: Lloyd’s built a walkover for our condominium community. They did an amazing job! The quality of the workmanship was exceptional and it was completed in less time than they anticipated. The men working on our job were very approachable and friendly. They have excellent customer service and as Condo President of our association, I would highly recommend them to everyone.
