Comment: My partner and i are using Loch Builders to build our home in Lake County. We are in the planning stage, and have been pleased with the help and service they have provided to us. They have an excellent architect associated with the company, and their employee, Jamie Blunt, is a go-getter. She had already contacted our HOA and Lake County to procure development information for our land before we even knew what we needed to be looking for. The staff is knowledgeable, and we are looking forward to having them guide us through the construction project. i definitely recommend them.

Comment: They build amazing homes of all shapes, sizes and areas, whether its an Estates home on Lake with 5 acres or two bedroom bungalow in a HOA the quality and value stay the same. When its time for me to Build a new home, Ill choose Loch. They also have very knowledgeable staff both in the office and field.

Comment: Loch Builders built me a phenomenal home. They actually took my plan and named it the savanna-Cole. The end product is better in my opinion then any other builder or what I thought I would get. Punch list took a little time to complete but is check listed! No matter what builder you choose there will always be things you are not happy with, wish it was quicker. But the time loch builders took making sure I was 200% happy and going above the call of duty, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them in building my house now or next house personally. When you are talking total custom house, which most builders don’t do, Loch is your builder. I drew my home. Elevation, floor plan, and all extras. Loch delivered on every point. Lee and Brian are the bomb. So, if you want a pure custom home they are ur builder. If you want to take an existing plan, say the savanna-Cole and make changes they are your builder! I give them 4 stars only because punch took longer then I liked. Not for that I would give them 6 stars. If you don’t believe it. You can come see me house. I’ll give Loch permission to show it. Custom, build with Loch, the others don’t build custom!
