Comment: I almost had an anxiety attack when I walked through my house and saw a halo glow on my floor! What made it worse is that I had my neighbors over for a wine mixer and one neighbor in particular kept heckling me about my poor roof and how I could expect to have water damage in my subfloor. Ive never had to deal with anything like this and I felt both embarrassed and hopeless.After my initial phone call to LynnAlan Construction I instantly I knew Id go with them. The Quote Process was FAST and EASY. It was a really smooth process of consultation. Their customer service is 10/10 and so is their work quality.For one, everyone should really consider getting a tile roof. Mine is impervious to fire and resist rot, insects, and other pests and will probably last for the life of the house.My roof and the exteriors now look better than ever. They even checked my flooring for water damage (there wasnt any which considering that and that and the fact that I recently hooked up with my heckling neighbor’s wife (take that Neil W!), Id say that I clearly came out on top 😉 in this experience). Time spent here wasnt too long - which you should consider when comparing with other roofers. I had a different contractor redo my kitchen and those guys took over twice as long as promised to do the job! These guys also appeared to have some COVID mitigation strategies in place by earing masks and for the most part maintaining social distance.To sum up, I was impressed with how these guys operate. They exhibited fine attention to details and they promptly responded to my requests along with following up with any concerns that I had. I am beyond satisfied with the service LynnAlan provides and would recommend them to anyone with no hesitation.

Comment: Tequesta : LynnAlan performed excellent for my roof replacement28 year old s concrete tile removed 4400 sf . Alot of work !!!Clean up was excellent and the crew were hard workers. Several sheets of plywood were replaced along with other wood components..The underlayment was finished as the rains came for 2 weeks but no leaksHappy For Sure as i had a dozen before . The standing seam metal arrived and was installed over a few days and it is such a good feeling to have a fresh new look and no leaks to worry about .LynnAllan team was a pleasure to work with and have recommended others to give them a call when needing a roof or other work .I am in the construction business and when you get a good contractorto work with it makes the project a pleasure

Comment: From the initial meeting through project completion LynnAlan Construction was very professional. They remodeled my kitchen, installed hurricane impact windows and doors and replaced my shingle roof. I was surprised how fast the roof replacement was completed and it looks amazing.
