Comment: Had some siding replaced a couple of years ago by Mark and his crew and was very pleased with the results. So we just had Mark and his crew add a roof to our patio and it came out wonderful! I would highly recommend these guys for whatever work you need done!

Comment: Had lots of damage due to the Hurricane in Sept of 22. Had to wait until March23 to get Mark B. from this company to do all the repairs. Lost 1/2 of Porch roof, all screens around porch (8) and broken screen door. 15 feet of Carport, gutters all the way around, downspouts, etc. Mark did a great job and did it by himself. Seems everyone is having trouble these days finding responsible help. He also completed job in less time than anyone in this family thought he would. Thanks Mark!!!!!!! Pat H .

Comment: We had Mark and Andrew enclose our screen room to a sunroom. The quality of the change is outstanding in the materials and in the attention to detail in their approach to completing this. We requested additional items as the project progressed and Mark had suggestions and improvements to add. The end result is a room we love using with friends and family. We highly recommend them for any project and absolutely intend on using them again.

Comment: I had a screened room ceiling leak that was coming from one of the posts on top of the screened room roof that supports the 2nd story deck. This was not something that could be calked around, as the water was running through a rotted post, so the post needed to be completely removed and a new post put in. The leak was getting worse every day and had split the plywood on the ceiling. My handyman told me it was something that he couldnt fix because of the need to completely replace the support post.For 2 weeks I was contacting many contractors, including websites such as HomeAdvisor and not receiving any response.But finally, one did respond and it was Mark B. with Mark Cline Construction. I was overjoyed when he said he would come look at it and then, after seeing what the problem was, said he could fix it.If I could give 10 stars for Mark B. and Mark Cline Construction I would! Mark B. does what he says he will, shows up on time and calls if something comes up. This guy is a very hard worker and really takes pride in his work. I was so impressed with the job he did on my ceiling and deck, that I hired him right away to do another job framing and re-screening my entire screened room! He even put new screen in the screen door, a new rubber door sweep on the bottom and even made adjustments on the door so that it would latch better.I am now a customer for life and will be hiring Mark Cline Construction for some jobs I have in mind for the future.Thank you very much, Mark B., for fixing my big leak problem and then installing my beautiful new screen. I am so grateful that you called me back, when no other contractors did. You are a true professional!

Comment: Brian and his crew installed a large screen enclosure on my patio with two doors. The screen porch had a couple of challenges due to the slope of the concrete in the front. However, Brians team accomplish the project with professional installation and 1st time quality. I am very satisfy with the results of their work and I highly recommend this company!

Comment: Had roof replaced on Florida room. Brian was friendly,pleasant, honest in work to be done. The two workers were on the job and thoughtful of us. Work completed and cleaned up in record time, even with the rain.I highly recommend them price was right, excellent work, problem solved and leaks gone. Thanks guys for job well done.
