Comment: I’ve known of Mastrosimone Construction and the quality of the work that Phil Mastrosimone puts into his projects for many years. I’ve always hoped that if I was ever able to be fortunate enough to be able to build a home, I would be able to build one to those standards. Phil was able to take both my ideas and my wife’s and marry them (they were often quite different) and still give us each any we wanted. As an owner of a swimming pool company, I understand that staying on time and in budget while proving quality is of utmost importance in a project. Phil was able to meet all of these expectations during COVID, amongst supply chain issues and in the face of multiple changes from my wife and I. With all of these challenges, our CUSTOM home was completed in under 10 months. I can honestly say we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the building process.

Comment: I’ve been in the business of construction for 15 years. As a painting contractor who has worked on every type of house you could imagine I have never seen a contractor who has the professionalism, craftsmanship, and integrity that Mr. Phil has. His projects are a step above the rest no matter how large or small the job is. In todays industry of construction most of what you see is standard and cookie cutter houses but, that is not the case with this builder! Working on his houses is absolute pleasure to be apart of every time. If your looking for a true craftsman who stands behind his work and takes pride in what he does look no further. Mr. Phil and his crew have also done work at my home as well and everytime someone sees the enclosed porch they did for us the first question is this is amazing who did this for you.

Comment: Mastrosimone did an excellent job remodeling my entire house. Replaced flooring, added walls and doors, painted and customized several aeras of my house. Construction work and craftsman ship were excellent. I get so many compliments on everything. Collaboration with what I wanted and rolling with changes as they came, while still completing timely and within budget. I will be using them again. Fantastic professional team that I would trust again and again. Thanks Team my house is now a home!

Comment: We were in middle of full house renovation with contractor that was not up to our expectations. Kitchen cabinets ordered wrong size (52h island base no toe kick, wrong microwave/oven cabinet, woodworking plain 4x6 boards, cut down my 8 ft custom alderwood door instead of raising framing etc). Phils team came in and framed in door, detailed woodworking and custom re-made the cabinets even adding toe kick to rescue the kitchen. His team is very professional, project done on time and on budget and the crew cleaned up everything when done! Very professional, beautiful work.

He did everything faster than I thought it would be completed. I get so many compliments on the quality of craftsmanship in my home. My father was a builder for years, and was unable to build my house due to health reasons, but I was determined to find someone who would build my house like my dad. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and before I knew it, he was installing it!Phil Mastrosimone was referred to us by someone who knows and has worked with several builders in Lake and surrounding counties. I can’t thank that person enough. From the first, Phil Mastrosimone took our plans of what we thought we wanted and like magic…with the stroke of the pen…created our little piece of Heaven! We absolutely love Phil’s work and couldn’t be happier. His sub-contractors were amazing too!
