Comment: After a tumultuous 14 months of construction the upgrades and renovations are complete. The speed of the project was completely dictated by the inept city of Tamarac building and permitting department. The manner in which the department processes permits is beyond absurd. It took months to approve permits and 3 weeks to assign a fee to the permits, further delaying the project. The inspectors that are employed by the city have vastly different standards, which add to the delay of the process. Matt Beth construction handled the situation with the highest level of class. Yes there were minor hiccups on-site, and Matt was eager to correct these hiccups. If you are looking for a reliable and professional contractor then look no further, MattBeth LLC is the contractor for you. The completed renovation was far better than I could have expected. Matt always answers his phone, or calls you back with a very quick time-frame. If Walter or Juan are on-site, know that you are in for the best and smoothest experience, they truly treat you like family.

If youre looking for a professional reliable construction company that provides quality and value Mattbeth Construction is a worthy investment; they were on time, efficient with the job near complete the sky opened up raining on my parade they returned the next morning to complete the last portion while going through the whole job having the lanai party ready in pristine condition. I continue to refer this company to friends and family.
