MBMIs engineers were top-notch and able to give me exactly was looking for. These guys do things the RIGHT way and did not cut corners. Plus, the entire process was quicker and more affordable than I had anticipated. To be honest, I knew very little about prefab until I was able to speak with their team. I let them know my budget upfront and they were incredibly knowledgable and walked me through the process. From my research (and I looked up everyone in South Florida), these guys have done much larger buildings than what I had needed. However, I still received excellent service and I got the feeling that my business was important to them. They are the best in South Florida and I highly recommend them.

My designer, Ian went into great detail, which saved me a lot of money since I did not have to hire an architect. Once the building went up, I was really pleased with the ease and the quality of the building. I would recommend MBMI to anyone wanting a great building with great service- from prior to ordering to after the building is delivered.

The Web site is very well done and full of useful information.My first interaction with Burt Stromf was a prompt return phone call that made me feel right at home with the company. He was very knowledgeable about his buildings and patiently stood by me thru a few design changes. With his expert guidance, I was able to get the building of my dreams built. Burt recommended a top notch installer who told me he doesnt have to inventory the parts from a MBMI shipment, because they never ship short. My building went up quickly, with no issues, and looks great after over 2 years and as many hurricanes.I did my homework and chose to give my building order to MBMI, after looking at the other companies. I am sure glad I did!I have a classy, tight workshop that is the talk of the neighborhood. I have visited both the local Sales and Engineering office, as well as the factory that turns out such a fine product.Both facilities were clean, efficient, and well run. As a retired Engineer, I very much appreciate their attention to detail. One small surprise was the touch up paint supplied with the building, was a Perfect match. Comment: I purchased a 80x160 riding arena for my property from MBMI about 6 months ago. I must say that the entire process was really great! I have never tackled a project like this and MBMI helped me every step of the way. The building rep was very knowledge about and helped me figure out how big to make the building. They completed my stamped drawings in a timely manner and was able to get a building permit without any problems. I contacted a local contractor who was referred by a friend to construct the riding arena. Once everything was all said and done, the contractor commented to me that the building went up with any issues and said it was definitely a top quality building. That made me feel even better about my purchase. Thank you MBMI for all your help and for the quality product you delivered. I would definitely recommend MBMI to anyone looking for a steel building.
