Comment: I can’t say enough good things about this company. Our insurance company evoked their right to appoint a contractor. We weren’t happy about that at first (we wanted to choose) but boy did it turn out to be a blessing. From day one they were professional. Their work exceeded our expectations. So impressed that they had a supervisor on the job site the entire time they had workers there. We had a few minor things that needed attention after they were finished and they were right on it. Comment: Excellent customer service and communication. Everything followed the plan from the arrival of the dumpster to it’s removal the day after completion. Very professional tear off, installation and clean up. They used all GAF products including the peel and stick underpayment not the old nailed down felt paper, a much better roofing system. They really paid attention to details like flashing and installing special product for low slope areas to help drainage.

Comment: We had a great experience with Megram. They installed a new roof and from the beginning to the end of the operation they were very professional. Our roof is not small, but they finished the job in 1 day, start to finish, and coordinated the reinstallation of the lightning rods after they were done. What I appreciated the most is that there were no shingles sitting on our roof for even 1 day before the installation: they arrived early in the morning to tear off the old roof, and when they were done with that the new shingles arrived to be installed. Great timing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Comment: Cant say enough good things about this company. Our insurance company dropped us unless we had our roof replaced. Megram was one company to bid. Here are the details and my experience: 1. theyve been in business a long time and have multiple GCs, ours was super nice and knowledgeable. 2. they are local Florida roofers - they dont storm chase around the country and have the here today, gone tomorrow type -which was 2 other bids I got. 3. Their bid came out low but not the lowest - it was fair. My neighbor went with the cheapest option and hes had a tarp on his roof for 2 months, no thanks. 4. They completely replaced my roof and did extra wood work - all in 1 day! If you are trying to decide, I strongly recommend these guys.

Comment: With an aging roof that was destined for leaks, we called Megram in Spring of 2021, a day after a large wind and hail storm had hit our neighborhood in Winter Park. Tracy Little, our PM, came out the next day and spent a good 1-2 hours on our roof, checking every area of the roof for damage. Tracy was able to locate wind damage and immediately began the process of filing a claim with our insurance carrier. Tracy worked tirelessly to get our insurance company to cover the claim, needless to say without the detailed report and pictures we probably wouldve been denied our claim. The new roof was put on later in the summer and each request we had was taken care of with precision. Tracy was constantly following up and making sure we were happy with the work, even stopping by personally several times to climb up on the roof to inspect. Cant thank Tracy (and also Chad) enough. We are so happy with the new roof, its changed the whole appearance of our house and will feel much more comfortable during the Florida thunderstorms/hurricanes for years to come!

Comment: There are just not enough superlatives for me to use in describing my recent experience with Megram Construction and its crew. To start, Greg did a review of my roof, and suggested damage was great enough to involve insurance. I originally thought I would just have to do this out of pocket...instead, his advise saved me thousands of dollars! The deal was so simple, and so good, that I became skeptical on a couple of occasions that things were not as they appeared. There had to be a catch! Greg would patiently explain the process to me as many times as I needed to hear it, and it turned out to be EXACTLY as he said it would be! The material used is upgraded to Architectural in style protecting me better against Floridas hurricanes and occasional high winds. The actual install took two days, start to finish, and a Megran rep was on site ALWAYS to assist the roofing crew, and answers questions. I would look NO FARTHER than Megram if I needed a new roof...you will be thrilled with the care, workmanship, and follow-through you will receive. And man...does my roof look great!

Comment: Megram replaced my roof due to hail damage. They did quality work and showed up on the scheduled date. Alex was the installation superintendent and was on site a large majority of time to keep us posted on the progress. Eric Brink was my main contact with Megram and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Eric went above and beyond dealing with the adjusters and insurance company making sure that we were being treated fairly. Would I recommend Megram to others? Absolutely.

He helped us with every aspect of this process. Excellent service! Alex and Jodi were excellent, as well. They were on site for any questions. I have never written a review before, but from the bottom of my heart, I truly love this company. They fixed and produced a beautiful roof, and we are extremely happy with having chosen this company. They really listen to their customers and their needs. If I had a question and I texted or called them, it was answered within the day. He worked to get the best price and warranty available for me and to help me find the perfect shingle color. He went beyond expectations during the actual construction (only 1 1/5 days!), overseeing the entire process and meticulously cleaning the grounds and searching for every bit of scrap that might injure my dog‘s paws after they left. I knew we lost a few the week before with a passing storm, so when he offered to jump up there and take a look and let us know his findings, i gladly accepted.Fortunately, the problem was minor and didnt require any immediate attention, but he relayed some very good information to us including things to look out for, industry best practices, etc. I thought this was a tremendous value add and his honest feedback was very reassuring.Im sure the time will come when well need work done, and I certainly wont hesitate to give them a call and an opportunity to earn the business.Thanks again!

Comment: When I realized I needed to repair my roof I will admit I was more concerned with whom I could trust to replace my roof than the leak itself! The stories you hear leave you hoping that it will never happen to you.I was referred to Megram Construction by a relative and decided to call for a quote. They came out to my house the next day, and I met with Project Manager, Ryan Logrien.Ryan Logrien is nothing short of OUTSTANDING! He came out and accessed the damage and answered all my questions and concerns and put my mind at ease.Obviously, I could not go on the roof to access the damaged so he took several detailed pictures and showed me exactly what was causing the leak. Not only is he professional, friendly and reliable but his crew made sure that my house and yard was cleaned and removed all the old roofing. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised when my neighbors told me how respectful and courteous they were that they didnt realized they were there until they were done!My roof looks amazing, and I am happy to recommend Megram Construction to everyone who wants quality work and at an affordable price. Comment: As an active superintendent of 20 yrs at WDW, I believe my standards are at the highest levels when it comes to construction. Service, schedule, and quality are demanded and that’s exactly what we received when we used Jody and his team with Megram roofing. The guys worked from sun up to down for two straight days. The clean up not only at the end of each day was incredible there was a guy that was constantly walking the yard doing clean up including a magnet sweep. They also left me all the remaining shingles. I just want to add I didn’t know a single person from this company prior to using them, I happened to see them finishing a house and I talked with that homeowner and he gave me a very similar review as mine. Comment: They replaced a roof on my house a couple weeks ago. The roof work appears to be top notch, and they cleaned up the debris very well. They broke off a few sprinkler heads, which is probably normal. Benjamin, I believe, is the project manager, and was having trouble with the inspection paperwork falling off the house. He happened to call me at the wrong time when trying to deal with it (everyone deals with family deaths differently). He maintained a professional attitude even when I didnt. Thanks for the great job! I would use them again.
