They were VERY professional and they quickly installed everything correctly. Now I spend most of my days sitting out back and just enjoying it. Razzie and Laura kept me informed, always promptly returned calls and answered my many questions. They did soup to nuts from getting HOA approval to pulling the required building permits. The screen room is a fabulous addition to my home and I appreciate the quality of NRGs work.

Comment: NRG tore down my rotten deck, built a beautiful new one and topped it off with a fabulous sunroom. Im in heaven sitting out there now with a cold iced tea. NRG also replaced all my windows and doors. I couldnt be happier! These guys are professionals, they do what they promise. they show up when they promise, exactly on time. The work is outstanding. The cleanup is fantastic. I give them 10 stars on a scale of 1-5.

Comment: This is an update to my previous review on the sun-room installed by NRG in November 2022. I received a follow-up call from Scott addressing my issues and concerns. He was very polite and professional in hearing the reason for the negative review. All in all we were able to address the pending issues for correction and I am very pleased with the outcome of the service NRG provided, and I love my new addition. Thank you!Very expensive and very poor coordination with sub-contractors and project managers during installation. Numerous mistakes prompted multiple calls for project corrections. Not timely with assignments.

Comment: My husband and I chose NRG to replace our 15 yr old screened patio enclosure with vertical 4 track vinyl windows and a glass door. We were tired of sharing our room with driving rains and most of all POLLEN. Now we have a room well be able to enjoy throughout the year. Initially we had concerns because the frame of the original screen enclosure wasnt set as it should have been on the footer for the patio. Razzie assured us it wouldnt be a problem to make the necessary adjustments and, needless to say, our worries were for nothing. The room turned out better than I expected and I appreciate the hard work and attention given to our job. Thanks to all at NRG!!

Comment: NRG recently completed a screen room for me and I am very happy with the final product and this company. I had another estimate with was about $200 less but the wait time was 8 months. I was told NRG was very expensive so I was hesitant to call for their quote but I really didn’t want to miss another year not enjoying my pretty backyard view due to insects and rain. My call was answered by a friendly young lady who set up a convenient appointment time. Scott called to see if I would be available a bit early as he was ahead of schedule. I loved that as I have a full schedule. He was friendly and answered all my questions. We set up financing with Ms. Laura, another gem in their office. Installation took a week longer than promised but it was better than waiting 8 months! Steve and his team were friendly, careful and got the job done in about two days.I did have a leak but once I called Josh and his team came out and fixed it. Again, a great experience. I definitely recommend NRG as they did a beautiful job and were prompt in resolving any of my concerns. I love my screen room!

Ive been trying for about a year to get them to return to replace plates on 2 windows that came off in less than a month. Took off this afternoon for someone to arrive and no show again. Comment: I have been using NRG for about 6 years now. They have installed awnings, picture windows, repaired my screens, and screen door. Most recently was the picture windows, which were installed quickly and perfectly. One of the windows came with a scratch and they pointed it out to me and ordered a new one. They are always on time and do a great job. I use them exclusively for all my needs and will continue. Very good company and employees.

Comment: We had several projects to complete including a fascia and soffit wrap to avoid future exterior painting, new gutters, adjustments to french doors and some window replacements. We got expert advice which saved us a great deal of money over the box store quotes. Great customer service!
