Comment: This is our second round of working with Perry. We purchased our first building (My art studio) back in 2015 when he was with Freedom Steel, and when we needed a new, much larger building, we naturally reached out to him when he started his own Nu Scope. The attention to detail and hands-on approach, coupled with his constant availability whenever we reached out to him are a constant reminder that the forgotten art of quality old-school service is still alive, if you look. We ordered our building on February 27th and received it on May 4th, on schedule and complete, although he did warn us that there might be delays and partial deliveries due to material shortages during the pandemic. Here are some pics of the old 40x55 in SC (Black with white trim and doors) and our new Hawaiian Blue 7200 SQFT shop in FL, almost completed. We cannot recommend Perry enough and have done so for many years. Worry-free process all the way. If anyone is on the verge of getting a steel building project started, Perry should be on top of everyones list, bar none.

Comment: A breath of fresh air dealing with a genuine, old school professionals in Perry and his team. Wealth of knowledge, not only about their product, but the market as a whole. Wish I had come across Nu-Scope before my previous runaround with a handful of typical sales outfits with no clue about engineering or service and their ever changing stories. Recommend Perry 100% on every level and if possible, Id give 15 stars. Here are a couple of photos of my man-cave with painted frames and interior liner panels, as well as an outdoor hipped pavilion.

Comment: We were quite nervous getting started on our steel home (Barndo) and arena project since this was our very first attempt on using steel in construction. Perry made it really easy to understand the process and step outside that fear zone for sure. We were guided from start to finish, but also when we needed some input on the interior finishes way after delivery. This experience was much more than just getting a quality building, but quality advice and useful input that actually educated us. Very refreshing dealing with someone that truly knows their craft and takes pride in it rather than just selling another product. Cannot recommend Perry enough and are truly grateful. Dont hesitate to call him, if you need a steel structure.

Comment: I was referred to Perry by a friend in Idaho whose family business has bought close to two dozen buildings from him over the years across Idaho Utah, and AZ through his previous company. i believe i can officially take credit for being his first client at his new company who had not bought from him prior to that. I always tend to go by direct referrals when I buy products, especially on large purchases and then judge people based on their knowledge and how they handle my requests as i have seen even large and established companies deliver poor results. Perry certainly knows his business hands down and his advice and product knowledge is priceless.We just finished installing our two shop and office buildings in BC. We absolutely couldnt be happier with the outcome as it is our first metal building experience and because we were nervous about doing it ourselves. Both structures went up easier than any pole building i had ever done. 11 of us took on the project and put both sheds up in a total of 2 weeks. Memorable experience. Will never use wood again if I can help it!

Comment: We worked with Perry on this 40,000 sf building and I would highly recommend him. Perry is a wealth of knowledge in the industry when it comes to metal buildings. He is highly involved in the project, sends out weekly updates and is always prompt to answer the phone, or return a call. He was a huge help in sitting down with the owner and making sure that they received the building that best fit their needs, even if it cost 20k less then the first go around. 10/10 would recommend them, and I will be using them again if I need a metal building.

Comment: GREAT Company and amazing customer service! We built 2 steel buildings with them. First one went great so we used Perry to build the second. Great help from start to finish and everything turned out exactly how it was supposed to! Highly recommend.

Comment: My building like most projects had hiccups along the way of no fault to Nu-scope but Nu-scope has stayed in contact with me the whole time and even now at near completion I get check ups to make sure I have all the supplies I need. That is really important on a large metal building project.
