Jehmal did a thorough job pointing out areas of my screen room needing repair and pointing out some weak points in its original construction. All areas of corrosion and weak points were repaired and the entire room was re-screened. When completed the screen room was better than when originally constructed. Comment: We got quotes from a few companies for a tear down and rebuild of an old aluminum screened porch. Oceanside was the only one where the owner personally came to look over the existing porch and answer all our questions. He was very detail oriented and listened to our ideas and explained thoroughly how the work would be done, and the quality of materials being used.The building crew was courteous, hard working and respectful of our property. They took the time to ask how we wanted something done rather than just doing it the usual way.I definitely recommend Jehmal and his Oceanside Screen crew. Comment: Excellent contractor, very professional, and immediately responsive. I called with a horrendous problem, in which the screen enclosure collapsed as a result of a bad storm and it needed to be removed. I received a callback within a couple of hours, an estimate for removal the next morning, the contract for signature minutes later, and pictures of the completed work a few hours thereafter. Oceanside removed the screen and framing, ground support studs, filled holes in wall, cleaned and straightened the area, and provided pictures. Additionally, the company offers multiple payment options (supplemental fee is applied to payment by credit card). I am an extremely satisfied customer and I highly recommend Oceanside Screen.

Jamal showed up within a few hours of my inquiry to price out a full rescreening of my lanai (which has a hedgerow surrounding it). The price was very good for the job accomplished - screens were tight, door hardware was installed well. They didnt complain about the hedgerows like others did - they worked right around them. Cant go wrong with these guys. Very professional.

Comment: We are very impressed with Oceanside Screens after getting multiple bids and have a few salesmen waste our time. The owner was amazing and runs a very efficient operation. I toured his warehouse and saw the pride they took. He does not take a job unless he has all the materials in stock unlike every other bidder who clearly only wanted to get the money and then put us on a long waiting list. His team was punctual, professional and friendly. There were no shortcuts and only used the best equipment. They overdelivered on every single promise. His team is well treated and has had zero turnover. The owner visited after they finished and, only after a detailed inspection, did they say the job was finished. I wish every contractor had the integrity this company has!

Jehmal ( the owner) stopped by a few times to see how things were going and then came back at the end and made sure everything was perfect. He also was very pleasant to deal with. They did not leave any mess and helped me put back what had been moved. It was a very good experience. Workmanship and quality of materials .. top notch.. Price was reasonable too. Comment: Not sure why one of the guys here praised Oceanside then gave them a 4 star lol but anyways let’s get back to My review… in todays day and age, it’s hit or miss with vendors out here and it only took one phone call to realize these guys know how to run a business. It’s was A+ from start to finish. The owner even noticed a little line in the screen that only the naked eye could see and he sent his guys back out the next morning to replace the whole screen. The screen patio is the best idea yet and now I can watch the bees bang their heads trying to get me and I just get to sit back and laugh at them hahahah

Comment: I selected Jehmal and his company to repair bolts on our pool screen enclosure and am extremely happy with the work and professionalism of Jehmal and his crew. They showed up on time and replaced all of our rusted bolts with new stainless steel ones. Jehmal had also pointed out a ceiling screen that had separated from the frame that I had not noticed. They also used some spray paint to cover the rust stains left by the old bolts - I had not expected this. They were almost done with the paint touch up when it started raining and they had to stop. Jehmal sail they would be back, probably the following week, to finish up the touch up. They returned the next day and completed touch up. I would highly recommend Oceanside Screen for any new or existing repair work.

Comment: Mr. Hartwell conducts himself very professionally. His 3 installers arrived to remove/install our porch screens and screen door. They worked as a team and are fast, work together very well, are competent, and friendly. My only complaint is that they could have called us when they were an hour late (due to hardware procurement delays).They arrived as I was on the phone with Mr. Hartwell. The new screens look great, and the door operates very smoothly. There was a minor problem due to our concrete not being flat. This issue was quickly fixed. There are NO problems now, We are very happy with our new porch screen enclosure.

Comment: If you want professional service with the highest quality of products and craftsmanship, then you don’t need to look any further than Oceanside Screens.We had an ugly screen room that was almost 20 years old and needed replacement.When Jehmal came out (on a Sunday, no less) to give us an estimate, he explained all our options, the type of materials he uses and how the structure would be built. The one thing that impressed me the most was that he never tried to up-sell anything; in fact, he talked me out of certain things stating they are not worth spending money on. What contractor does that?He also thinks “out-of-the-box”. I explained that I could not get to my gutters that face to the inside of the porch. No problem for him…he just put a hatch in the screen roof, problem solved.He continually stays in-touch with you, either through calls, texts or pictures. He even went as far as to fix things that were not listed in the contract and changed things that he did not feel were very pleasing to the eye.Although I never got to meet his crew, due to work, each night we went home everything was clean and all tools were neatly put out of our way. At the end of the construction, the room was totally ready to use. Nothing had to be done except to put the items back in there places.Thank you Jehmal and crew for an impressive new room. It will be used and enjoyed for many years to come.

Jehmal the owner came out gave us options and estimates for rescreening our pool as well as enclosing a 2nd floor deck; price was competitive. The crew worked 3 solid days to complete the job. Comment: Oceanside did a fantastic job replacing my old rusted hardware with new stainless. What really impressed me though, was that he sprayed the rails with the new hardware with new paint. They look brand new and not even the slightest drop of paint got on my pavers... (and Im hard to impress.) They are professional, courteous and friendly as well.
