Comment: Our screens were recently installed. Long wait time, but the product is terrific. We are very happy with both the quality of the screen system as well as the installation. We appreciated working with Stephen Boyd who helped us plan the project, Jim Eisele who was in charge of the expert installation and David Byron who assisted us in setting up the technical aspects and explaining the use and the anticipated follow up.

Comment: We just had our screens installed but Im happy with them so far. After having a few different estimates we went with OG Living because they seemed to have the best quality of product and had the most professional process from measuring to installation of the new screens. OG stayed in regular communication throughout the whole process and stayed within the time frames of completing the project. During installation they had to work around a few specific issues because of how our patio was built and the crew took the time to make sure to get the job done properly. I have construction background but am new to retractable screens and will update my review in the future if anything changes. As of now, I would recommend OG Living to others if asked. After using the screens for a few months now Im still happy with everything.

Comment: Every person that came to our home from our initial contact with sales rep, project manager, installers, and customer service is professional, appears to love their jobs and truly cares that the customer is happy.We love our three hurricane shades. We love that when it rains we lower with our remote or from our phone if away from home and everything stays dry. We also use them at night and when we go out on our boat. We had one problem leaving a lounge chair in the way of the shade when closing at night. The shade needed to be readjusted and they sent a service rep out immediately to repair for free.Our neighbors had the shade during Ian and no water or wind damage on their lanai. That sold us on the quality of this product & of course our sales rep brought the difference of products on the market. This product stands out with its magnet system and being able to use for every day use. I cant believe we actually had to think about spending the money on this product. We absolutely love it and use it all the time and feel so much safer and prepared.

Comment: The quality of the screen is amazing however it took over a year for them to be installed, complicated by the fact that original guythat came to the house measured wrong and they had to be remade. Also the communication between myself and OG living was not stellar in the beginning. The original guy I dealt with was Dan and when I would call and leave a message, he would not return my call. When I did get a hold of him and ask for an update, hed say Ill check and get back to you and then he never did. But then after that I dealt with Marcus and Otinel and they were very good.

Comment: Sales process and project management was lacking out of the shoot. Submission to the county was submitted incorrectly and so the project was turned down and cancelled. I was told I was going to be charged an engineering fee. Later they recognized that it was submitted incorrectly to the county and resubmitted to the county and accepted. The delayed installation by 3-4 months.The actual install went well and the install team worked hard and did a good job making sure everything worked and looked good. The Magnatrack screens look and operate great.

Comment: We are very happy with our new screen installed this summer. We wanted a quality product that had a warranty that would cover the product for our use. Our screen spans a 27’ lanai alcove. We chose OG Living for three main reasons. We plan to leave the screen down to protect our outdoor furniture, the warranty, and to add square footage to our house. It’s energy efficient and allows us to air condition or keep heat in year round.Additionally, Peter Albee and Kristie, have been great partners throughout the sales and installation process. We highly recommend spending the extra money for a high quality product that lives up to your expectations.

Comment: Ordered my MagnaTrack Hurricane Screens from OG Living in May, 2022. They were delivered and professionally installed Oct. 8th, 2022. The delay was due to MagnaTrack screen production backlogs, and not the fault of OG Living, per se. The OG Living installers were extremely neat, experienced and professional. We were very satisfied and would highly recommend this company.

Comment: We all Know what COVID did to supply chain. The pergola and screen industry wasn’t exempt. We waited over a year for aluminum to start our project. When OG Living had the material they work diligently. They were very professional and paid attention to details. When Hurricane Ian was first forecast they did everything in their power to get my magnatrack screens up before the hurricane hit. The screens are unbelievable. We had winds over 120 mph and you could feel the wind at all. It was truly amazing.

Comment: The finished product is excellent. I had two big disappointments with the company. First , after I signed the contract and paid 50% down, I was “surprised “ with an additional charge for electrical services of some $1500 that had to be paid in addition to the purchase contract. This was not informed to me by the salesman. Then while waiting for the installation there was very poor communication as to when the install would be done. It seemed as if my texts and emails were ignored.

Comment: We had a roll down screen installed in our entryway to give us a cross breeze through the house in good weather. Excellent result! The track keeps the screen taut and clean looking. The motor is hidden above and behind the door arch. Very happy with their attention to detail. They are cheerful, organized, polite and professional. The product is expensive but I am impressed with both the hardware and the people.

Comment: I initially learned about the roll down powered patio screens through a facebook ad representing another product. That company sent out their sales rep who sadly, should have retired 30 years ago. The gentleman did not follow up on any of his committments and certainly did not build any level of trust.I continued my research and discovered OG Living and their roll down powered patio screen. Eric, the sales rep was prepared to sell. He was brought product samples, pictures and other tools required to provide me with an understanding of the OG Living product. Fast forward to the product installation date which occured earlier than expected. I had not completed the electrical needed for the installation. For the mutual benefit of both OG LIving and myself, the owner had the electric installed by his team at no additional cost.The quality installation of the product took 1 day with OG Living. A follow up call by the owner that evening was unexpected, but much appreciated. I would highly recommend OG Living.

Comment: We were very interested in their product, hurricane screens and had a representative out for an estimate. Our patio opening was too large for their maximum size of screen so he said he would have to get with his engineering department about building a column in the middle to tie to. He said he would get back to us in a couple of days. Didnt hear from him. Owner got with us and we found where the glitch was and got up to date. Recommended.
