Comment: I hired Onsite Construction and Restoration to restore my home and garage from fire damage in June 2022. Prior to this incident I never had done any home improvement/ construction project, so I was pretty clueless about the whole process. Jason helped me understand the process and the complications and possible delays around permitting. When we started this project, I was very worried and anxious about unexpected costs, big unknowns. Talking to Jason helped me out a lot as he would come up with creative solutions that would be within budget and would not impact the quality. Jason managed this project personally and from the beginning of the project, we were communicating on daily basis and talked about whats coming up next and how to prepare for the next. His entire team is very professional and respect clients time and sentiments. This review will not be complete without giving a shout out to Jill. She has been the magical glue that brings everyone together. She maintained a running lists and followed up with vendors diligently. To sum it up, it was a great experience to work with this team. I highly value professionalism, integrity and transparency, and this company has it all. I moved back to my home on the planned date and am a happy customer!

Not many contractors have enough confidence in their own work to take over someone elses work ... and then get it right. Comment: I did not get to work with this company, but I would happily recommend them. I submitted a request for an estimate online and Jason responded to me right away. I sent a few pictures with the home damage we needed to repair. Jason was unbelievably patient with my questions and was very honest with his feedback. He told me my job was too small for his company, but told me what I needed to look for and gave me a rough estimate of what the repairs should cost. I had spent weeks speaking with various companies, all who were eager to tear up our house and overcharge. Jason was 100% right. I followed his suggestions, found a good company and we got our repairs done within a week (for close to the price he estimated). Jason helped us free of charge. I truly appreciate it.When the time comes for us to have larger home projects, I will definitely call this company first.

Comment: We used on-site to complete a fairly complicated project on our 1920s south tampa home. The house did not have a master bathroom/closet, it did however have a sun room attached to the master bedroom. The project would involve moving the access to the sunroom, demoing down to the studs, removing two large windows, creating a new opaque window, walk in shower, separate toilet room, walk in closet. The room would need new plumbing, electrical and waste.Anyone who has owned one of these old tampa homes knows these type of projects almost never go well. However, on site did a wonderful job of completing the job on budget and without any major issues. We could not be happier with the finished product. The quality of their work was fantastic and they were able to come up with some creative solutions to a few minor things that popped up along the way.Scott did a great job of managing the project, and chuey was an absolute joy to have in our home. The project did take a bit longer than we were quoted, but we sort of expected that when we started.Would use again and would recommend to friends/family.

Minimal issues that were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. I worked with Scott and Drew as Project Managers. Comment: Having On-Site Construction repair and remodel my home was an excellent choice. Jason, Scott, Chuy, and Chase performed a major renovation for me that included installing new hardwood flooring, building out my walk in closets with barn doors, new glass window and glass sliding door in my bedroom, a new electric fireplace, hanging new doors, and rebuilding and replacing an entire wall in my master bedroom. They were professional and performed quality work throughout. The men at On-Site became friends and would always listen to exactly what I wanted and services were performed admirably. I liked their work so much I had them install a ledger rock wall and electric fireplace in a condo I own. Again, excellent work and I was very satisfied. Comment: I needed to update an old wood frame house with A/C, windows, electrical, driveway and walkway. I initially spoke with the owner Jason and he helped lay out the project and gave me a quote. His crew did a great job with all the work they did. Chuy is a great guy and gets things done right while making sure everything is how you want it. I also worked directly with Scott (I think he is a manager, not sure of title) who made the experience even better. He was very quick to address any issues and would sometimes come out to do the work himself if his crew gets held up somewhere else. After my initial project with them I needed some follow up work and had them come out again for some countertops, painting, general carpentry, etc. Once again they did a great job on my house!

They are priced competitively, work with phenomenal vendors, maintain an open line of communication, etc.When a mistake is made they will find a solution immediately and put in the necessary work to make it right.Working with Justin and Stephen was a pleasure; they both went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the work done. Communication was VERY good. Every Sunday, we would get our schedule for the next week and if anything changed they made sure to let us know.In terms of design, Justin made sure to send us renderings prior to moving forward with any purchasing. He would always notify us if there was a price differential and kept us on budget. Even when I made very last minute changes to tiling/cabinetry choices, he went with the flow and was very accommodating.Stephen went above and beyond to ensure that the work site was kept clean and organized. He was gracious enough to even have his team member install a fan. Although he is newer to the organization and joined my project half way through, he did everything he could to ensure it all went smoothly.I would 100% recommend Onsite to all friends and family!

Comment: Before I explain what my experience was like with On-site Construction I would like to point out that Im not a difficult person but I will speak up if something isnt right. As we know based on previous conversations Ive been unhappy with work done by some of the other companies throughout this restoration process. Im usually a firm believer that nothing is perfect and I have already voiced my opinion about services my family received from the other 2 companies that worked on our clothes, shoes, linen, and our furniture.I just wanted to give you some feedback about the services we received from Jason and his crew at On-site Construction. Jason Fausette is the most honest and caring person that I had to deal with in a long time. When I first met Jason to get a quote on the restoration from fire damage he asked me to envision what my house would look like if he could use the space to re-build my dream house. I chuckled inside because I was prepared to be taken down a path of bottomless promises. I told Jason that we didnt have enough money to create my dream home but he insisted that he would come as close as possible to giving me what I wanted. Jason never made promises but he assured me that he would find a way to give me a home that I would love. He accomplished that task better than I could have ever imagined. Jason kept us updated every step of the way and he contacted me with updates before I contacted him. He was in tuned with our needs and expectations as his customers and I really appreciated his professionalism. It got to a point that I stopped worrying about the re-building process. I really felt that I was in good hands when my picky little 10 year old son asked to meet Jason one day because he loved what was done to his bedroom.The onsite-crew is team of professionals and they were a simple pleasure to work with. They answered all my questions and they went above and beyond to satisfy the needs of our family. Every worker had their specialty and they worked simultaneously to accomplish their portion of our rebuild and remodel.We moved back home last week and I love to come home because there is not one flaw in the work that was done (tile, drywall, cabinets, fixtures, carpeting, moved gas lines, re-wiring, lighting, air conditioning). I do not have anything negative to say about the work ethic and integrity of the Jason and the Onsite Construction Crew.I know that you don’t like to recommend any single company but I would be honored to speak up for Jason and his crew.
