Comment: My husband and I found mold growth on our bedroom furniture in our brand new buildWe called ORC same day and they were so friendly and reassuring that when Alan came out we would know more. Alan contacted us next day and was at our house that afternoon. He completed a thorough interior and exterior inspection. During our walk through Alan checked our thermostat and made recommendations as well as educated us on humidity, mold growth and air quality. We were totally ready to pay for the time he spent with us but the consultation was complementary. Luckily our concerns only required us to pay more attention to the thermostat but Alan and ORC gave us so much peace of mind from call to consult. Thank you guys so much!

Well, she could not stop raving about the amazing customer service she received from ORC. She was so impressed that the service guy ALAN showed up exactly when they said the would. He was extremely thorough with his inspection. Not only did ORC give her an estimate which was the best out of the three, they where so honest. The first two estimates said she had Mold ORC verified she in fact didnt. Comment: Steve, Tyler and his crew were able to solve my water leak issue 2 hours after i called. They used their leak detector, dried up the mess, replaced the shower head, explained what exactly happened and the best part is they didnt even charged me a penny for their service. I have used ORC Services, Inc before so i didnt hesitate to use them again today and will definitely use them again in the future for any house issues. I cannot say enough positive things about his professionalism and how well the proposal was prepared and presented. We eventually chose to defer the project. But Rob M. the project manager put me at ease from his excellent communication of prompt returned calls and text messages, to notification when workers would expect to arrive. Rob was at my home daily overseeing the workers and providing daily updates on schedule and progress. He walked me through each step of the entire process. Comment: I would highly recommend ORC. We had water damage from a leak under the slab that happened while we were away. We came back to mold, extensive water damage through out the whole house. Our insurance company sent in their preferred contractors. They were incompetent to say the least. They set up blowers and left. The house was uninhabitable. There was 3 inches of water on the wood floors, carpeting that was never going to dry, black mold growing on the walls.ORC was recommended by a friend. We fired the insurance company contractor and hired ORC. What a difference!!!! Adam went above and beyond what was expected. He helped deal with the insurance company to have adequate living arrangements since the home was uninhabitable. He helped make a difficult situation bearable. He fought for us. Comment: Having your home destroyed by a flood can be devastating. Having ORC in your corner, making sure the damage is fully assessed and the responsible parities pay for complete repairs is lifesaving. While the entire process seemed to take too long, ORC made sure that the work was done properly in the end. Dont get me wrong, we had issues with some of their sub contractors. For example, the clothing cleaner (A Ray Textiles) lost items, didnt clean some items, and never provided a promised tax document. Electronic Restoration Services certified 3 items as functional when they were not. Some items took multiple visits to resolve. And communication can be challenging. ORC stayed with us, advocated for us, and made sure we were satisfied.

Comment: I cannot recommend this company enough. When our water issue began I called them out for a free quote and they were quick to get there just a few hours after I called. They helped us understand the extent of our damage by using a meter to show us how wet our walls were. We decided to hire them to complete our mold remediation and I do not regret it at all. I am confident that without them the process would have taken much longer with insurance but they were on top of it every step of the way to get insurance on board with the repairs ASAP. I received emails through every step and copies of the emails with our insurance adjuster. I never felt left in the dark wondering what was going to happen next. He never gave up on us, he navigated the never ending world of insurance claims, hooked us up with the right people to get the best outcome. Once my job started, he put me with the best job supervisor, and everyone that came into my home was very respectful and professional. I have had other major construction projects done and none of them were as good as Orc & their team.
