Comment: Worked with Jordyn for the first time remodeling and replacing closet doors. He was responsive and did not drag out the job like other contractors do. He sent in a crew and they worked every day all day until job was finished. I was particularly impressed with the care his crew took to protect the home from dust. Every day they laid fresh paper on the floors for where they were both working and walked. And every day they covered the furniture in the rooms they were working with fresh drop cloths. While there is never an escape from construction dust, I would tell you that it was at a minimum due to the care and diligence Jordyn and his crew took. I will be sure to use him again for all my future projects.

Comment: I highly recommend this company for any of your home improvement needs. Jordyn and his crew are top notch! They provide spectacular work and do it with speed and efficiency. Jordyn is it true professional and what I really like about him is what a great listener he is. You will not be disappointed, I promise. I hired Jordyn in 2021 to help me replace my old ceiling fans with new ones and also upgrade some of the lighting in my villa to high hats. He did such a great job that when I was ready to upgrade my kitchen there was no question who I was going to call. My upgraded kitchen turned out more beautiful than I expected and Jordyn was in communication and on top of the project every step of the way. He is beyond trustworthy which is hard to find in a contractor. I stand my word when I promise you will not be disappointed hiring this company.

Comment: We just had laminate flooring installed throughout our house by OHI. I agree with the other reviews posted here. Jordan is very professional as well as very nice. At the end of our project he came and did a walk through just to make sure everything was perfect. During his walk through, he noticed the area where the floor met the edge of our bathtub didnt look as good as he thought it could. He had someone come that day and install edging which really made it look better and did not charge us, he just wanted it to look perfect and it does!! The job was very well done, on time and fair pricing. He was a pleasure to work with. In addition, Jordans team were also very nice, friendly and professional. David Gonzalez and his wife both worked on our flooring and they were great. I would definitely use OHI again and highly recommend this company. Thanks Jordan, David and the rest of the team for your hard work

I needed a quick, small repair of a drywall ceiling, I called Jordan on Monday and he had two of his guys out the next day at the time agreed upon. The guys got right to work, kept the area clean as they worked and did a fantastic job. Really can’t say enough about Ortega’s Home Improvement, Inc. Will definitely use them again.

They’re always on time and communication is on point. Growing up in the construction world I’m very judgmental toward any kind of construction work and these guys are top of the line. Comment: I am writing this review to tell everyone how pleased I am with OHI’s work. I am a NYer so we can be very demanding and have high expectations. Jordyn and his team met and exceeded them. I was also told to be wary of Florida contractors. It certainly is unfounded with OHI. Jordyn communicated well during the construction/renovation process. His one month estimate was right on target in spite of running into some challenges given the age of my house and that I asked for additional items. Jordyn was always fair in our dealings and all of his team were top notch, friendly, and clean. He always went above and beyond. What a nice young man building his business based on quality, fair pricing, and good communications. I am totally, 100% pleased with the work he did and how well my house looks. Thank you OHI team! Comment: I met Jordyn Ortega after he was hired to do work at the home I’m currently renting. He repaired a deck and installed a fence. The job was done neatly, quickly yet meticulous. So when it came time to do work on my own home, I called Jordyn. In the last year, he has built fences along my entire property. On the not so visible areas of the property, he installed standard, white vinyl fence. However on the visible areas, I asked him for a custom fence made out of pressure treated wood in a specific stain. I was looking for a modern, wood cladding look. When I presented the idea to Jordyn he even had alternative suggestions on how to position the planks. His suggestions were perfect! The hand made, custom fence took him 4 days to fully complete. I couldn’t be happier with the results. His work speaks for itself, moreover his work ethics, honesty and integrity surpasses any of the contractors I’ve met in Florida. Ironically, his specialty is bathrooms! He doesn’t even specialize in fencing yet he did a magnificent job. I look forward to working with Ortegas Home Improvement, Inc. on many future projects.

Comment: We hired Jordan for phase 1 of our kitchen remodel: clearing out a wall and column, removing the soffit, and skim coating our living room and kitchen ceiling. We couldnt be happier with the finished project, and it just makes us want to start phase 2 as soon as possible. Well certainly be hiring Jordan for the rest of the work. He was easy to communicate with, always on time, and got the project done sooner than we even expected.
