Comment: Overall experience was great! I chose Focus homes after my first experience with another company fell through and the representatives at Focus homes really took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the process. My Home took about six months to build and the closing process was easy. Nicholas always went out of his way to get any answers or answer questions when her was out of office! I recommended them to my sister and she closed the same week I did!!!

Comment: This has been my second home to be built and some things to consider in the home building process, for one permitting takes time, and two construction of our property went as smoothly as possible with the following things to consider: there are nationwide shortages of materials and hundreds and hundreds of homes under construction in Palm Bay. At this price point honestly nothing could beat it, the value and quality of these homes is beyond what we paid for. Those that are complaining obviously do not see the value and the potential equity these homes offer. We admire Focus for not implementing escalation clauses which most builders we have found did, when things got challenging this year. We are grateful for the communication throughout the process and although the journey was long, the turn out was well worth the wait, the longer the house took to build the more money we made on it! Loved closing with major equity!

Comment: Nice homes and possibly one of the cheapest in Palm Bay. The lot locations were definitely questionable which might be why the price stay lower than the other builders in and around the area.
