Comment: Raonel and his crew did an awesome job on our new seawall and dock and personal water craft lift. They arrived on time everyday and worked very hard to stay on schedule. They did hit cochina but brought in the right tools and kept on making progress. The results are fantastic! Note: we’re ready for a new boat lift once we decide on a boat. A dock and seawall we can use for a lifetime. We highly recommend Pelican Coast for your dock or seawall project.

Comment: Pelican Coast Marine and Dock is an amazing company to say the least. From start to Finsh . We went under contract with them on a family property. Through unforeseen circumstances we had to list the house for sale. We contacted them and told them we may need to cancel our contract because of the circumstances. Raonel contacted us and said we could cancel with no issues and a full refund or he could check in on us once a month to see how we were doing on the sale. He said it was best for him just to keep moving us around in the schedule in case the new owners would like to take our spot. We thought that was a great idea. We moved our date with him 5 or 6 times, Never a fuss or penalty from his company. We ended up selling the house and the new owners did not want to replace to seawall right away so they declined the offer to use his company. The day after we closed we called him. He said were would you like me to mail your refund. He gave us back our full deposit. This kind of business and ownership is far these days. We wish him all the best and thank him for all of his patients. If you need a dock or seawall definitely give them a call.

Comment: Our experience with Raonel and his crew was superb from inception to completion. He orchestrated the project efficiently and with ease. From electrical, plumbing; sod, deliveries…etc everything was seamless. His crew is meticulous and strives to make the customer happy. They are professional, kind and trust worthy. They didn’t just cut our boards, they sanded them and cut them at an aesthetically pleasing angle. We saw many seawalls being installed in our neighborhood and other companies use sledge hammers to drive the panels into the ground. In addition, when they hit coquina rock, they would stop driving the panels and cut it off at the top. Pelican has invested in the proper machinery to drill through the coquina. They also install pylons every 5 feet in front of the panels for extra reinforcement. They thought about every detail and they lead with customer satisfaction in mind. We couldn’t be happier that we chose them.

He walked me thru the project, explaining steps,required actions, code requirements, options I might want to consider. If i posed a concern, or did not understand, he patiently explained to my satisfaction. Impressed by quality of work at my neighbors home , I signed with Pelican Coast. They started my job EARLIER than promised , overcame several headaches, absorbed cost overruns caused by supply chain issues and completed my new seawall. Great job guys, thank you for being prompt and courteous! They were here every day M-F or Raonel clearly let me know that they were stopping for a day or two, why they were stopping (waiting for the concrete deadmen to set up etc). and when they would be back.3. From the start the owner Raonel was upfront, honest, and didnt attempt to price gouge or oversell me. His suggestions for my project were in my best interest to receive what I need to utilize my dock and boatlift properly. I cannot stress how painless the process was. Pricing was extremely competitive and most of all, extremely fair. The quality of workmanship was excellent. The team truly are professionals who take immense pride in their work. Comment: I needed to replace my wooden seawall, which was over 50 years old, due to panels damaged by marine worms and I was losing soil from erosion. Raonel submitted a proposal which was competitively priced and showed me jobs that he had done that I was impressed with. He was always responsive to my questions. Comment: Raonel and his crew did an excellent job on my seawall rebuild solving a major problem in the construction involving the natural gas line location that would have very expensive had the solution been worked out with the gas company. The 12 foot PVC panels were driven into the soft bottom thru the hard rock lying under the soft bottom for solid long lasting construction. I am impressed with Raonels honesty, and integrity . All aspects of the job were handled in a professional manner.
