Comment: BEYOND EXCEPTIONALLY EXCELLENT!!It is hard to put our experience with Pinecrest Construction into words. This is a company owned and operated by true Human beings with all the skills and expertise in their field. Our story is one for the books and the Owner, Mr. Steve Gonzalez accompanied by his son, Tony, have gone above and beyond to help us turn our nightmare into a dream come true! I’ll try to sum it up but there’s so much to say…had it not been for Pinecrest construction, our family would still be displaced after our new home burnt to the ground due to a misdiagnosis from a fireplace inspection. Steve, the owner, came to us offering to help us rebuild and we accepted as we were drowning in trying to find the right contractor for such a monumental task and with us who knew NOTHING about building a home and even less rebuild a burnt house with very little funds. Even friends in construction told us this was going to be an uphill battle and almost an impossible task…When Steve said I would like to help, I took the offer not really believing that he could do much more than anyone else but boy was I wrong!! This happened to us during one of the worst times this could happen…right during the tail end of COVID, supply chain issues and skyrocketing prices for everything! Thanks to Steve’s company, his amazing expertise, knowledge of the system, extensive experience and his compassionate human side, he literally performed a miracle and got us back home in record time despite all these crazy challenges. To add to it, he didn’t even just build us our house, he built us our dream home with the little that he had to work with!!!!! There is so much more to say about Steve and his son Tony and the entire company and his family! They are Angels in disguise!!! I am truly and deeply grateful to them and there will never be enough ways to say thank you for saving our lives (that’s a loaded statement because there is lots more to this story for all that they did). Hire them and you’ll see for yourself…This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had with any contractor, period!Thank you so much guys! We are all so so grateful for you!!

Comment: There is no doubt that Steve is the best in his field, and the South Florida Construction Industry. He is honest, patient, considerate, and truly talented. Steve built the most beautiful addition to our home, and we could not be happier with the finished product. Nothing was a problem for Steve, he made everything happen, even if it was a deviation from the original plan - without hesitation and without complaint or frustration. This removed a huge amount of stress and anxiety at every turn as taking on any construction project can be incredibly stressful for the homeowner. Steve advocates for the homeowner with any entity (City; County; Engineers, etc.) so that the project can stay within budget and be completed timely. Steve accepts nothing less than perfection from anyone working on his job site. We are thrilled that we were lucky enough to find Steve, and would recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

Comment: Steve was amazing and genuine with his advise, did not try to oversell. He is someone who has in-depth knowledge of his work. We talked to so many providers but they were very pricey yet lacked the answers to our queries. Steve made our renovation dream come true, I would refer him to anyone!

Comment: Consistently reminded of how great and rare Steve and his team are in the world today. It is hard to find people you can trust and who just generally care about helping others. We have hired Pinecrest in the past for a bathroom remodel, but just recently called Steve when our water heater burst. He fit us into his busy schedule the very next day, and not only was the most affordable quote, but personally came out to handle the replacement.To put him even more exceptional than he already was, when a separate pipe near the water heater started dripping, he came back the very next day and replaced that whole piping junction without charging us anything.We cant say enough praise of our experience with Steve and his team and would highly recommend him to anyone in the Broward County area in need of a contractor.

Comment: Cant go wrong with Steve! Hes an honest contractor that gave us the best deal out of about 20 places in the Ft. Lauderdale/ Miami area, and delivered a high quality product. He redid our tile and tub in our guest bathroom and was super flexible working with us because we wanted to do the vanity and mirror ourselves. He and his staff were punctual, courteous, and clean. Would highly recommend and we plan to use him again!

Comment: Steve and his crew were awesome. They renovated my kitchen, half bathand guest bathroom. He has great ideas of what could be done in our house to update it and give us a better flow in our kitchen and dining area. His team were prompt every day and the project stayed on track. It was a messy job because walls were torn down but they did a good job cleaning up every day. He was responsive to my emails and texts when I had questions or I wanted to change something in our design. In a few months I will be hiring him again to renovate my master bath and bedroom.

Comment: Pinecrest construction was timely, reasonably priced and totally dependable. Our experience was without question, the best weve experienced in our 20 years in So Florida. The project was completed on time and on budget. The reliability of knowing that Steve, the contractor was involved and on sight was a benefit. In addition, he was wonderfully accommodating to our changes and helpful in all aspects. We would not hesitate to use Pinecrest in any project or recommend them to anyone.
