Comment: This was the first remodel of our home (lived here 4 years) and it was definitely a learning experience. Platinum Sands helped us through it all from design to demo day to finishing touches. No thanks to pandemic supply chain issues, it took longer to complete the remodel of our Master Suite (bathroom and bedroom) than anyone would have preferred. However, was it worth the wait? Absolutely! Just look at that floor! Love love love it! It turned out better than we imagined. We want to thank all the office staff from Alaina and Drew to Alessia our project manager and all the hands-on crew that spent time getting to know us and helping us create a serene space to retreat to at the end of the day.

Comment: Platinum Sand Construction just finished the remodel of our kitchen. We could not be more thrilled with the outcome and service from beginning to end. Scott, Nate and ALL of their employees are extremely courteous, responsible, hard-working, and friendly. It was actually sad saying good-bye when the remodel was finished. We felt 100% comfortable with their presence in our home as well as leaving them in our home when we went out. They were very informative as the remodel progressed, keeping us updated on the progress & pulling us into the kitchen to clarify our wants when needed. Scott always returned our phone calls/emails in a timely manner. Nate went above and beyond making sure every detail was exactly as we wanted. It was obvious they all took great pride in the quality of the work they were doing. Change orders were no problem as well as the little tweaks along the way. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of their services and will certainly go back to them for any future remodeling needs.

Comment: We decided to update our master bathroom and our kitchen. After meeting with several contractors, we met with Scott and hired Platinum Sand Construction. They removed the old tile on the floor and shower in the bathroom and replaced it with the new tile. They replaced the old shower with a frameless shower. The result is a beautiful new master bath. The work was done in a timely manner with everyone showing up each day as promised.Our Kitchen was updated with a new granite counter top and back-splash. It also received a new coat of paint, as did the hall and second bathroom.Throughout the entire process any help and/or advice we needed was provided. A phone call or email to Scott was answered promptly. Both Scott and his brother, Nathan, were a pleasure to work with and went beyond the required job to help where needed.We were very satisfied with the work they did and would absolutely recommend them.

Comment: Scott, Nate ,Richard , all are fabulous to work with ! Punctual on arrival and everyday thereafter . The owner Scott personally answered my call and scheduled an appointment with us that week . The other owner works along side his staff ! They cleaned up everyday and brought a cleaning person the last day ! They are all American born young men , originally from Ohio & who have a high work ethic ! They give you a detailed Estimate more like a bid ‼️ No surprises . They work meticulously ! Attention to every detail and take no shortcuts whatsoever ! Our home had multiple rooms ruined by a damaged roof . After roof was replaced , mold was remediated by Serv pro in which walls were gutted to the studs , we had final air quality testing by Air MD , and were clear to have workers rebuild from within . Now the hard part rebuilding interior rooms walls ceilings , installing Vapor barrier before drywall installation . 1 huge Bedroom suite had Brazilian hardwood destroyed and Platinum Sands installed the new floor themselves ! No Sub contracting ( unless extensive plumbing or serious electrical work is required) they also leveled entire floor , in addition Nate and Richard installed a coupling membrane before installing the porcelainize tile ! Coupling membrane is the gold standard as recommended by most architects . If the earth shifts the uncoupled membrane will move but NOT your tiles ! The owner Nate is a Hands On licensed builder . I couldn’t be more satisfied . Nate was on the job working consecutive days too and completed all these rooms with Richard and staff within 2 weeks time even worked on Saturday ! These men are most reputable and extremely patient in explaining detailed construction matters in an easy to understand manner . If I could give them 100 stars I would ! They also even moved back large piece of furniture for us ! Also even came back to hang the drapes that went in another room ! Clearly exceptional hardworking honest men . A real pleasure to work with !

Comment: We presented Platinum Sand a challenging project, nearly a full remodel in 30 days. Scott and Nate delivered high-quality craftsmanship and service on time and budget. Two fully remodeled bathrooms, 2k SF of flooring, removed walls, added walls, full interior paint, lighting and the details. Comment: Go with Platinum Sand! Scott and crew came in on a rescue mission to fix/re-do what prior contractor could not accomplish. After 2 weeks of working with a substandard contractor (mismatched tile patterns, severe grout haze) I pulled the plug and called Platinum on a recommendation from a friend. The team at Platinum Sand assessed the situation and put together a plan to fix/finish the work . The crew showed up exactly when they said they would, they were on budget, and most of all great people. Next time they will be my first call. I highly recommend them.

Comment: I heard from a couple people that Platinum Sand Construction did really good work, and more importantly, treated them, the customers, as if they were family. It was said that they treated the project as if it was their own. My experience could not have rang truer. I got ahold of Nate, their lead guy, and he immediately made time for me, was very personable, talked me through the whole procedure step by step, and spent the next few days at my home taking care of my project until it was to my complete satisfaction. I had my room remodeled with new painting, flooring and trim. I let Platinum Sand take the reins on all major decisons (paint color, etc) And was beyond happy with the end product. I cannot reccomend these guys with any higher a vote of confidence. Really great company.

Comment: We would like to highly recommend Platinum Sand Construction for any project you have! Last fall (2017) we hired Platinum Sand because they were highly recommended by our “condo watcher”. We bought our Delray Beach condo in January 2017 as a winter get-away and seasonal rental and although the kitchen & baths had been remodeled the rest of the condo was badly in need of updating. We called Platinum Sand even though we had never met them and we would be in Denver while the renovations would be happening! We got a bid to replace all the carpeting and foyer tile with wood laminate flooring, remove the popcorn ceiling texture throughout, install crown molding and paint the entire interior (except kitchen & baths). The bid was reasonable and prompt so we hired them. This was a huge leap of faith since we don’t live in Florida and did not plan to be there till the remodeling was complete.Along the way they suggested getting more updated ceiling fans & door hardware and removing mirrors installed on one living room wall – great suggestions at a small additional expense. We selected paint, laminate wood flooring, crown molding & baseboard - everything! - via Platinum Sands suggestions and the internet! They finished on time (even though we added a few things) and exactly on bid! When arrived in Florida and we walked into our condo a few days after remodeling was complete we were blown away! We LOVE the results! The work was done perfectly and all furniture was put back in place!I’d like to stress that after many years of working with contractors for ourselves and our clients (we’ve been Realtors for 20+ years) in our experience something always goes wrong even though we were present! So we were crossing our fingers for a good outcome because we’d never met these guys! With Platinum Sand we had absolutely no surprises, excellent communication, a reasonable cost and we could not be more pleased! And now our winter tenants also keep telling us how beautiful everything is! Platinum Sand Construction is a “10+” in our book!

Comment: PLATINUM Sand Construction did a wonderful job on my home. If you are looking for quality service and a quality follow through, Nathan did an awesome job painting the interior of my home. He did an excellent job over the few days it took his company, leaving a quality job with a smile. There were six colors in my interior and it looked Fabulous. I give 5 stars for excellent communications and great working conditions.
