Kayla keeps me updated on the building process with weekly pictures and any meetings with the builders I need to attend. Comment: Kaila was an angel who gave us the lowest price for a new 4 bedroom house. When the lot became available for us the price increased by 20k on same day. Construction will begin possibly in January in 6 months from now. Lowest price means carpet which is mandatory for the lowest offer deal. There are no stores nearby but hopefully in 13 months when construction is done there will be Walmart and Publix close by. Hopefully prices will not drop significantly nor hike significantly by the time construction is done. Otherwise the deal will fall through. We are renting while we wait.

Our experience from inception was so fulfilling with his excellent professional, courteous and knowledgeable presentation of Focus Homes. This made Mr. Molina our best Sales Representative in comparison with others and we made no hesitation to sign contract. Comment: I’m a first time home buyer, and I had a lot of questions, Tomás was great, he was very knowledgeable of his company’s structure. He explained to me my mortgage, how the payments were gonna look and overall he made the home buying process a breeze. I am currently waiting for homesites to be available, but trust me I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.
