During a difficult and stressful time of scrambling to find a contractor I was lucky to be referred to this company by my neighbor. It was a very positive experience because they are professional, detail oriented, and they stay with you until the job is complete. Tiago and his crew truly live by the motto “you have a vision for your home and we bring it to life.” We recently located to the Fort Myers area and interviewed several contractors. We selected Tiago as he listens to what the client wants, makes valuable suggestions that truly enhance the project and delivers the most incredible transformation. His quotes are reasonable and he sets a realistic timeline for the project. One of the many things I appreciate about Tiago is his communication on the status of the project, communication about delays, pictures of the progress and his reliability in showing up to the job site. I am also truly grateful for his flexibility in changing with the project. Once under renovation and seeing the changes, we realized that raising our sunken living room floor would make a huge improvement especially with the floor tile we selected. Tiago, without hesitation, came up with a cost effective plan to make that happen. Where his master craftsmanship skills and eye for design were truly realized was in transforming the fireplace into a work of art and statement piece for the living room. He thoughtfully and purposely designed the tiles creating a “Wow” feature. I have worked with many contractors in the past and none compare in the quality, craftsmanship, reliability and passion for surpassing a client’s expectations as Power Pro Construction. I highly recommend Tiago and look forward to having him work on our next project.

Comment: New boutique Mi Luna Boutique in Promenade at Bonita Bay needed to build dressing room urgently and I was lucky to meet this professional miracle worker who build it from scratch in just two days. He was at the boutique from morning to night for two days straight until the work was completed. Extremely happy and satisfied with the work been done.
