Comment: Andy really helped me with grading the perimeter of my over-sized lot in Palm Coast for a fence installation. It was ruined by the last land clearing company with 2 foot trenches, broken water mains and a broken city water main - a complete nightmare. Precision Land grading fixed it within a weeks notice and did a great job! They also removed a large oak tree in the back very efficiently and effectively. Comment: Shortly after purchasing our property, we realized that we had serious yard drainage problems. Fortunately, we called Andy, and he came out to see us that same day. Within a week, his guys, Gary and Chris, were here. Because we have a pool, they had to hand dig to put in a whole new drainage system. It was amazing to see them create an underground highway which now moves the rainwater properly. They are all extremely professional, did an exceptional job and we highly recommend Precision Land Grading! Some never answered and others didnt want the job. Andy from Precision Land Grading was here within 30 minutes to give us an estimate. He showed up as promised and was very professional and polite. Once we retained them, he keep me updated on their schedule and when they would be out. His team were prompt, friendly and did an amazing job. Every night with they left I had no mess in the yard, and when the job was complete everything looked better than expected. I was very pleased with leveling and crushed coquina pad that Andy completed. I have referred him to several people because I have had many inquiries about the good work that was done. Even the shed delivery guy that has been in the business over 30 years said that it was the best he had seen and he had seen many in his deliveries. They came over, did an assessment and gave me a quote for the work that I felt was fair enough to not even bother getting other quotes. As the job progressed I requested some changes and was never met with anything other than we will make it how you want When the job was done I was not left with a mess to clean up...it was almost as if they were never there. I will most definitely be using them again when Im ready to do my front yard projects.

He cleared 0.44 acres for us interacting with us about which trees to leave and coming back multiple times to deliver and spread more dirt till we were happy! Instead of a thickly brushed, lots of tall pine treed property, we have one with lots of Palms, a few strategically placed Pines ( no pine needles on our home or neighbors and even a Live Oak which Andy identified and it was the greatest find! A really high quality job from a high quality person!

Comment: My property which I had recently purchased in July of FY 18 is seen here where you will notice before and after videos. Its the 2 story green house which once had tall weeds and tons of large Florida palmettos. And now is professionally graded and has coquina sand, coquina rocks and sod. When I met Andy I was new to the area and didnt know any contractors in Palm Coast but wanted to open up the front of the house and create an entry way through the front. Previous owners enjoyed thier time in the opposite rear Entry and neglected the front yard. So although I had a vision it was by far incomplete. Although I did speak to others, Andy really is as genuine as they come. As any new resident youre naturally hesitant because this was a big job and you want your investment to be astically pleasing and permanent done right the first time. As you will note the transformation was tremendous and the creativity outstanding. Its a very low maintenance, natural, environmentally friendly front yard and I have received tons of compliments from neighbors who otherwise I wouldnt of met. I have plenty of parking which simply didnt exist for guests as well. Andy took an idea, really just a statement and through his personal hands on knowledge and experience created a front yard transforming a jungle literally to what you see today. I cant reiterate enough how pleased I am with the work, Andy and his team. As a world traveler, who meets lots of people and a good judge of character, Andy is the contractor land grading design expert you can certainly depend on to take you from concept to finished product while keeping you in the loop and asking you of your opinion as the work progresses. As someone who just did some research and ranking reviews and a month into a new area, I highly recommend Andy and his team. Andy is someone you can trust and rely on. The previous company left a mound, debris from the tree stump and did not level the land. After the terrible job of the previous company, Precision Land Grading cleared the land and leveled the mound(in the rain). His customer service was excellent.
