I’ve been impressed by the enthusiasm and the competence of all of the staff throughout their company.Daniel is very responsive to questions and comments. The building required a Minor Site Plan Review and Daniel made himself available for meetings and discussions whenever necessary thereby helping to speed up an already time-consuming process. Working in a historic district is always a challenge. Together we were able to consult with the city and determine how our project would conform to historic guidelines. Comment: I met Daniel and his Team 4 years ago and was very impressed with their attention to detail and our clients needs. Over the past 4 years Ive referred Project & Property many of my clients that have purchased properties from me. I would estimate that they have completed approximately 20,000 square feet of residential interior renovation work fork my clients. All these jobs were well managed and completed on time. Daniel and his Team have never over promised anything and under delivered. I would highly recommend Daniel and his Team at Project & Property if you are considering a high-end renovation project that does not have to be micro managed.

Comment: I can not PRAISE PROJECT AND PROPERTY enough,I really dont know where to start,The time deadline which was met during COVID incredible,the ability to obtain materials and complete a full gut reno ( every wall was removed and whole unit restuded nd reconfigured) of 3000 sq ft within my condo assoc harsh time frame and hours allowed to work,,Quality of the work was incredible, his resources(vendors) were also reliable good quality products, and how clean the unit and common area of the condo were maintained. In addition they still respond to Items and questions after warranty expired and years have gone by........This was my 3rd reno in Palm Beach and was BY FAR THE MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE ............I might add I was an absentee owner corresponding from NJ being keep up to date with MANAPORT and face time calls. I LOVE MY NEW HOME

Comment: On budget and on time are not typical for a gut renovation. Extremely happy with the teams full gut renovation of our 1200 SQ ft Palm Beach condo. Great value, but expert work to install high level finishes. Also great creativity which saved having to hire a full architect. Id recommend to anyone. Just ask Danielle for the pictures for the proof.

When I began working with Daniel Tanner, owner of Project Properties Renovations, I knew I had found a treasure! We have worked together on at least 5 projects in the last few years and ALL of my clients raved about each and every one of Daniel’s workers. ALL agree that they wouldn’t entertain the thought of working with any other company but PPR on their next endeavor!Each worker is on time, neat, respectful of client’s wishes, professional and of the mindset that deadlines matter. PPR has completed each and every one of my projects on or before the projected date (unheard of in my industry). Comment: My wife and I just completed an extensive home renovation with Project and Property. We have been so impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of Daniel and his team. From the initial walk through to completion of the project, this company delivered in every way. The team was on site every day and completed our 4 month renovation 2 weeks early!! We utilized a renovation mortgage loan to complete the work and Daniel had no problem working with us and being flexible with the added paperwork and inspections. I’ve completed 3 home renovations in the past and working with Project and Property was the best experience by far. We felt Daniel was fair in his pricing and did not nickel and dime us for every little thing that came up. Communication was very easy and everything he did was in writing. There were no surprises. It was very refreshing to work with an honest and fair contractor. I would recommend this company 1,000 times over.
