Comment: Ramos Builder is a superior Builder with many years of experience and very high quality standards. They have access to a large network for their work. We are currently in the planning stages of our dream home with Ed and cant think of a better partner to work with. Despite the current unusual situation (Covid-19) in the building industry, Ed was willing to design a 100% individually planned custom home with us. At this point again a very big thank you for going this way with us. In addition, there is the difficulty that we have our center of life in Germany and currently unfortunately can not be on site in Cape Coral. This means that the complete communication in our project is done by phone, e-mail and video meeting. No easy conditions but it works perfectly and smoothly! Ed takes a lot of time and always has an open ear for our special requests (and there are many :-)). If possible, he always implements our wishes one-to-one according to German thoroughness. If they conflict with feasibility, regulations or budget, he gives us alternatives and suggestions from his wealth of experience. His extremely friendly and calm manner is unique. We are very happy to have found in Ramos Builder a trustworthy and absolutely professional partner and could not imagine building with anyone else. Now that the planning of the floor plan including water, electricity, etc. is almost finished, we are already looking forward to design the interior with Nancy and a continued great cooperation. Comment: When we were looking to build our house in the cape we met with a few builders and no one came close to the hospitality we received from Ed. He wasn’t just interested in building a house , he built our home . Nancy was great to work with and very accommodating while we were thousands of miles away designing our new home. It turned out to be the beautiful Mediterranean style we were looking for , they truly our vision come to life . A great family run business with good people.

Comment: Our faith in Floridian contractors has been restored. We were in the market for professional help in a redesign of our master suite. We also as part of this project were looking to correct a water leak that was the result of a previous renovation project. Our renovation is beautiful!!! Our leak is now a memory. Nancy Ramos has been a Godsend. She has always been a step in front of the project. She demands things be done to her specifications and doesnt settle for less when other trades were involved. She always had our best interests in mind. I cannot put into words how much she has meant to us other than to say without reservation I would recommend her, and her company to family and friends.

Comment: We bought a house, a new construction, which was built by the Ramos Builders. It is a beautiful house with solid construction and attention to detail. My husband who has extensive experience in construction has been up the attic recently and was pleasantly surprised by the workmanship, which is often not considered when purchasing a house. Evan Ramos, the Field Superintendent, has been tremendously helpful even after the purchase of the house with various questions that we have had. He is approachable, responsive, and honest.They take great pride in their work. After all, it is a family-owned business with their name on it. We highly recommend Ramos Builders.

From the very first meeting with Ed Ramos - he picked us up exactly where we were and started to shape our vision and ideas about building a customized home in Cape Coral.
