Comment: I contracted R&D to give my home a much needed facelift. I used R&D for impact doors/windows, replacement of outdoor columns, interior shiplap wall installation, roof repair, interior/exterior paint, tile and electrical work.I can’t express how professional R&D’s crew was while at my home. Jovanny, Ralph, Diana and his other folks were very skillful at their craft!I plan to call them back out when I’m ready for my next home projects.

Comment: My experience with exterior painting and a few related small construction projects done by R&D Remodeling,LLC was superior. The owner, Jovanny Roque, was professional and responsible in providing an acceptable contract and insurance paperwork that gave me confidence to go ahead with painting my 3 story luxury townhome. Ralph, the onsite foreman, oversaw the project diligently and Jovanny checked the workmanship everyday. The team was patient with my color selection and worked with me to get just the right look I wanted. Each day they made sure they grounds were left clean and in order. I highly recommend this company.
