Comment: Jake and his crew were easy to work with and open and to discussions and suggestions. Our project was extensive, all bathrooms, New kitchen, I think we touched and replaced all surfaces and finishes with an excellent outcome. We would definitely recommend Revive Properties for your project.One other important aspect of the project was Jake’s ability to work with the architectural review board. They know him and he knows the process.

They have just completed a condo remodel for us. A rebuild might be more accurate. They replaced and redesigned everything from floors,baths, kitchen, etc. Even a wall or two. All accomplished under somewhat difficult circumstances. Long distance. We live in Nashville while our condo is in Seagrove, FL meaning 99% ofdecisions on colors, lighting, hardware, etc. had to be made viaphone, text, computer, etc. etc.! Were pleased to say all and more was completed beyond our expectations!! I have always said that when the day comes that I have the right project, Jake is who I am hiring. The day came for an extensive renovation in our home and Jake was the only person I was going to call. From the very beginning of the relationship, Jake made it so smooth and seamless. His entire team from design, demo, remodel, cleaning, etc. was 100% professional the entire time. We were living in the home at the time of the project and each day his crew would make sure that the job site was so clean and safe for our children. We live three hours away from Destin and Jake was always keeping us updated and informed on the project with pictures, videos, texts, and phone calls. He was always available and accessible. My project was a complete floor to ceiling renovation of a beach condo. Jake was a great communicator. He listened to what I needed for my renovation, put it in writing, helped me stick to my budget and told me up front how long it would take to complete ( and accomplished it). Comment: Revive Properties did a complete renovation of our condo in Miramar Beach FL in 2021. The renovation included all new flooring, fresh paint on every square inch, new master bath - top to bottom, new kitchen to include cabinets and appliances, new laundry room, and much more. It was like brand new when they finished. The materials they used and the finish were excellent. Comment: We have been remodeling our home several times over the last 3 years from a new laundry room, an extended driveway and two bathrooms. When we started our kitchen remodel we were nervous from past experience. This was our first experience with Revive and Jake Armstrong. They surpassed all of our worries and eliminated much of the issues we had experienced in the past. Jake keep us updated weekly on progress and also let us know what the plan was for the following week. As in the past we experienced hollow promises and meaningless updates. Revive not only showed up and did the work as promised and planned but surpassed expectations by exceeding planned improvements and progress. With the issues around Covid and supply chain, Revive often had to replan or make last minute changes which not only kept the remodel moving forward but kept us informed also. Our kitchen remodel was functional before Christmas as promised and there was never a time that I was misinformed or not updated with changes as the remodel progressed. We are so grateful for the guys who work for Revive and can not thank Jake enough for making our kitchen remodel as painless and beautiful as possible. We have already engaged with them for our last bathroom addition planned for the coming fall.

We had our kitchen remodeled, floors completely redone with LVP flooring throughout the entire house and some other odds and ends completed. Jake made a plan for us and was engaged the entire time during our remodel. I liked the fact that at the completion of each milestone he made sure it was how and what we wanted done. All of his guys he has working were extremely nice and very attentive to all the little details you forget about.If you want to change the look of your home look no further to one of the best and affordable in the business. We are going to hopefully have Jake and his team redo our bathrooms as well so can’t wait to see what they can do with that.
