Comment: Israel and his team at Rivers Maintenance did an exceptional job on our home renovation at an affordable price. He has a guy for everything, and they are not only good at what they do, but they come to work with a smile on their face ready to work hard and help out with whatever you need. He did everything on our house from removing walls, to plumbing and electrical, painting, installing LVP and tile flooring, installing a stone kitchen backsplash, changing light fixtures, hanging mirrors, installing baseboards, pressure washing, and much, much more. No job was too big or too small. Israel is very detail oriented and committed to making sure you are happy with all of the work that is done. He truly goes above and beyond- it was an absolute pleasure working with him and his crew, and I would recommend them to anyone!

He also made a closet into an owners closet. The work looked great. He got the work done when he said and has been super responsive calling back to make sure we were happy with the finished product.

Comment: My Airbnb guests checked out today and damaged my entrance door somehow ( The door was misaligned from the frame and wouldn’t close). I have guests checking in tomorrow, and was scrambling to find someone to get it fixed quick. Before I called them, I contacted several handymen, who either couldn’t fix it or didn’t answer their phones. The crew from River Maintenance answered my call and came out right away to inspect the door. Then they quoted me a very reasonable price and got it fixed within the following a couple of hours. Even though I wasn’t at the property ( so I can’t comment on the quality of the work yet), I am really impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. They even said that they would come back to fix the door free of charge if there is any problems. I will follow up with another review on the quality of work after a couple of months. Overall, great service and I am very satisfied!
