Comment: We used Robert’s Brothers for a major home renovation. We moved walls, installed new electrical panel, rerouted plumbing drains, doubled the size of a bathroom, added screened in porch, replaced countertops, etc. John Jr did the design which we love, John Sr managed the project. All of the work was excellent. Everyone who worked on the project were first class craftsman. They are the best.

Comment: My husband found Roberts Brothers Construction via an internet search, and while the plan was to interview multiple contractors for our major renovation, we felt confident we should work with Nick after one phone call with him. His confidence, professionalism, knowledge and communication were all excellent and we were thrilled to be able to find a contractor that could take on our project and that we felt comfortable with. Our only regret was not being able to use them as our architect for the project, too. We weren’t aware that an architect/contractor company existed, and obviously having one team manage your entire project beginning to end is ideal. We were also managing this project from out of state, which puts even more responsibility on the contractor, and as I have already said- Nick made it clear how willing he was to be proactive instead of reactive from day one. He was prompt with his responses and patient with all of our questions and concerns, and after each phone call sent a recap email to confirm we were all on the same page and had our plan in writing for us to refer to. We were able to meet him once in person after several phone calls/emails and were again impressed with his professionalism and the way he carries himself and owns his projects. Highly recommend Nick and this family-owned business for your build or renovation!

Comment: We had a bedroom/bathroom addition done by Roberts Bros. and we are very pleased with the outcome. RB took care of the permitting and HOA approval, which was not easy, and made certain that they ordered materials, like doors and windows, before any supply chain issues could stall the order. They managed through subcontractor labor shortages, Covid issues and one instance of a supplier completely flaking out on them. When we pointed out where subcontractors had not conformed to our specifications, like the cut of the vanity top, RB took care of fixing the issue, including our entire punch list. Their craftsmanship is top notch and their pricing was a very good value. The project manager was very responsive and communicative. While the project took longer than we expected, it was an unusual and unprecedented year for the construction industry. I would very much recommend Roberts Bros.

Comment: We hired Roberts Brothers for three separate remodeling project: 1. Laundry room remodel along with new kitchen pantry. 2. New Kitchen cabinets and counter tops, electrical, sink and plumbing. 3. Complete remodel of master bath, new vanity and counter top in guest bath and new vanity fronts, counter top, and shower door in our pool bath. All baths with new plumbing fixture, new front tile on family room fireplace. We spaced each one of these three projects over a four-year period. After receiving quotes from three different companies for the first project, Roberts wasnt the lowest priced company but we found them to be the best qualified to do the job right. We were correct and thats why we hired them again and again for projects 2 and 3 and did not solicite other companies. Comment: Just a quick shout out to Scott Curtis and the Roberts Brothers team. We are putting in a pool and need modifications made to our existing lanai to allow for pool enclosure attachment and improved view. We thought it would be a fairly easy job... But as we all know, nothing is easy! We have a tight budget, and can not exceed it. Scott worked closely with us on the design to ensure a high quality result, within our budget. We are impressed, and a little surprised, and his level of integrity while guiding us through the process. Where others may have taken advantage of our situation, he consistently seeks out economical solutions while maintaining quality of design, our vision and budget all in a timely manner. Id recommend this Roberts Brothers Construction for any job, large or small. Great job!!

Comment: Honestly, if you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, on budget quality construction company that puts their customer first, Roberts Brothers is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Doing a renovation on a property in Florida from Pennsylvania can be a daunting task, but they made it an absolute breeze. I am thankful I found them and it was one of the best construction experiences I have ever had. I am looking for another property in the Sarasota area and will be using them again. Above and beyond when it came to ease of working with his team. I had some challenging issues and Gary Roberts made it easy.
