Comment: We were new to construction and had no idea where to start. We interviewed 3 contractors and landed with S&A Premier Remodeling, and could not be happier that we did.Alberto and the team were so professional, communicative, and responsive. This was a remodel for our forever home. The quote process was thorough and straight forward. We talked about budgets and timelines and they were always providing updates and to give my husband and I peace of mind and not constantly wondering where we were on a project, especially this being our first remodel. Even my designer mentioned to me, she had not seen a team be so efficient and work with such a high quality. The workers were respectful of our home and the neighbors, which is a huge plus. Along with updates we were constantly being sent pictures and making sure were happy with the work.Not only would I use them again, but recommend them to anyone looking for high quality, efficiency and honesty in a contractor.

Comment: A colleague recommended this company to me for work that I needed done to my house (kitchen, bathrooms, flooring). Alberto and his team did an AMAZING job! They were professional from start to finish, and the end product was worth every penny! I highly recommend them if you ever need to build/renovate your home or place of business.

Comment: Aldaberto with S&A was far an away the best contractor I couldve hoped for. We had difficult and complex project that we had scheduled last for our remodel, and I spent a month searching for just the right company. I kept a spreadsheet of all of the contractors I contacted - which amounted to 60, yes, 60. Half said it was too difficult and did not have the skillset, a quarter never answered or returned my calls. I had 10-15 come out for a site visit and half of those either refused or the quote came out to be much too high - even for national averages.S&A was the perfect fit for us. After contacting so many companies, you start to value certain things. Never undervalue communication! We worked with Aldaberto for close to a month and we spoke almost every single day. I was able to express my wants, needs and concerns, and he was extremely receptive and understanding. I felt part of a team more than just someone who was paying for a project.I wont work with or hire anyone else now. We are going to have many projects in the pipeline and expect to hire him (if available) for every single one. If your project is large or small, expect it to get done and get done right for an extremely competitive cost. You should expect the best, and youll get it. I could not recommend them more.I attached a couple pictures of the basement windows and front doors we had put in.

They do top notch quality work. Their work is superior to what we have seen others do. They are precise, very professional and do exceptional/fabulous work. We have used them in numerous projects that required their knowledge in construction/ remodeling work for us to be able to sell our properties quickly. There work is phenomenal. In addition to their experience they are creative when it comes to advise on what to do to a home to sell at a better value. To add to their expertise their customer service is supreme.
