Comment: Sam and his crew did a garage conversion in our home, creating a bedroom and second room, as well as a bathroom. The work was timely, professional, and of excellent quality. It included installation of plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, closets, air conditioning, windows, and doors. Walls, doors, and windows were hurricane rated. Sams professional crew did most work while specialists were brought in for some things such as tiling and AC installation. Sam worked closely with me as I selected tiles, fixtures, and other finishes. His crew were lovely, respectful professionals who you will be happy to have in your home. I recommend Same Day Construction without reservation.

Comment: Many Thanks to Same Day Construction Incorporated and their employees for a great job, renovating our outdated master suite and bathroom and giving it an all-new modern and elegant look. The professional workers, painters, tile installers and carpenters did a fabulous job. The carpet was removed and replaced with new porcelain tiles, walls and ceiling patched and painted with a fresh coat of paint, the master bathroom was stripped down to the studs and rebuilt from the ground up with new walls, tiles, shower system, frame-less glass door, and resurfaced cabinets installed with high quality materials. Throughout the project Mr. Eizenberg the owner of the company was on site and hands-on in ensuring the renovation progressed to our full satisfaction. Once again, thank you, Same Day Construction Inc, for making our home looks so beautiful, we love our new master suite.

Comment: Quality work, competitive prices, and ahead of schedule. A rare combination which we found at Same Day Construction. Sam is a dedicated and honest professional who helped us maximize the use of the limited space we had to build! The city inspector that came to review the job told me personally that most contractors try to cut corners, but he always finds Sam to be above board, does it right the first time, and quickly addresses any concerns properly. I can attest to the truth of this! Whatever has been committed to on paper is followed to the letter. I have also happily referred Sam to several others in our area who have also been happy with the work he and his subs have done!
