Comment: Had a new stone driveway put in (with paver border), tree stump removed, paver walkway/patio in back repaired, sanded and sealed, and some dock repair work done. Sami is great to work with and ensures that the work meets expectations. Hard to find his level of professionalism and drive to satisfy the customer these days. Looking forward to future projects with him and his team. Highly recommend.

Comment: Background: I was searching for a contractor to take on a wide series of jobs I wanted completed. When I happened upon Samira Construction’s web site I was intrigued at the variety of tasks that the company had completed, as it fit in line with the tasks I was looking to complete. His company and those he has assist him are very good as their jobs.Project One: Remodel basement after water issue.I expanded my storage area and added a theater room. Ceramic tile was added to the entire basement to replace carpet.Project Two: ConcreteI had front porch step issues so had additional steps and landing updated and added a large pad for A/C units, plus one area I didn’t want to maintain.The pictures speak volumes for the work completed.

Comment: Sami, the owner, is very responsive. Of all the fencing companies I contacted, only Sami and another company showed up. Because Sami is a small business owner, his estimate is more reasonable and budget friendly. As soon as materials were delivered, his people worked on our fence right away. They also welcomed our inputs and ideas on how the fence will be constructed. Overall, jt was a good experience working with Sami and his people.

He mapped out the site for the sidewalk, gave us detailed information on the project and a reasonable estimate. He was very professional, patient and customer friendly. Comment: I hired Sami to redo my patio before the summer. He promptly responded to my inquiry and came out to give me an estimate. I wanted a stamped concrete slab patio, and his quote was very reasonable. Scheduling was prompt and easy, and Sami was very easy to deal with and communicative the entire project. Comment: The owner was very professional. He explained the entire process which made me feel comfortable. He was not the lowest bidder but you pay for what you get. I also got a warranty for the work. They came on time, cleaned up so you never knew that they were there except for the finished product. The did outstanding concrete work. Comment: Mr Hernandez did a fantastic job; my patio had a slope which allow water to enter thru basement window this caused mold in my laundry room. After 10 years finally this problem is over. No more water damage.I highly recommend this Company.
