You better think twice about contacting this outfit. ****UPDATED**** The owner called me Alex and apologized and offered a discount for dropping the ball. I appreciate this company for acknowledging mistake and bending over backwards to make things right. Owners son Evan came by the next day right on time. UPDATE- Decided to give them the job and very glad I did. Super clean, professional and passed inspection first time. Highly recommend. Makes a world of difference with the light coming in to our loft. Now a pleasure to spend time in the room.

Comment: Santuary Windows & Doors did a beautiful job of replacing three exterior doors in my home. From the sales person to the installers the staff was very professional and accommodating. Alex allowed me to pay the cost in installments without charging me any interest, which was very helpful.Roberto, the shop manager was also very easy to communicate with, he gave me his direct cellular number to reach out with any questions, or concerns. For the final phase of the project, Evan, a very pleasant young man, did a beautiful job of finishing the thresholds of the doors after the city’s inspection. He even cleaned up after himself.I am very pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend Santuary Windows & Doors to friends, family or anyone in need of such service.

Comment: I am very pleased with the work and pricing provided by Sanctuary Windows and Doors. We replaced 13 windows, 3 entry doors, and 3 sliding glass doors. They were very thorough with the project quote and advisement of the project, and what would be taking place. Melissa’s crew were always on time and very clean in their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. If there is only one thing that gave me some grief was the VERY LONG delivery time for the actual materials (windows, door, etc.). I dont blame Sanctuary Windows and Doors as they did advise there would be at least a 14 week lead time for the order, and they even buffered in an additional 4 weeks (18 in total) to cushion expectations, which I agreed to. So in summary I would definitely recommend Sanctuary for your windows/doors projects as they are clean, professional, and do great work. Melissa and her crew were FANTASTIC!

Comment: We bought a house last year in Hollywood and Sanctuary recently completed the whole house installation of hurricane doors and windows. I got quotes from several companies before the project. We have some unique windows that all the companies needed to charge extra for. All the quotes were in the same ballpark but I really liked the responsiveness and honest discussions from everyone at Sanctuary so I went with them. The install went smooth and we are incredibly happy with the final result. The house feels super secure now and we got a great discount on our home owners insurance. We had an issue with the inspection of our unique windows but Alex, Gannon, and the whole team went above and beyond to get the project completed at a very reasonable price. Comment: They were very professional and did a good job installing my windows and French door. The original installation of the door wasnt quite right, but they fixed it when the fault was noticed and made sure that it was corrected. It took a while to get the last couple of windows in stock thanks to the current situation of the country, but they were great with keeping me updated on the progress and making sure I wasnt forgotten. Very happy with the finished product!

Comment: From start to finish, Alex the owner was there every step of the way. From recommending products to the final inspection he was there to answer all our questions all the time at an extremely fast rate, most times with in minutes even on weekends and nights, he answered. Furthermore, the windows from Mr. Glass are phenomenal. Never before have we seen such quality in an impact window. We’ve been to new construction homes with PGT windows installed and even some of our friends have SIW’s and PGT’s but these don’t even compare to those top brand names. Top notch, solid construction, PRICE and super quiet glass (7/16”)make this company the way to go. Also, if you’re in the market for a good install team, Sanctuary is your installer. Anthony is a master at trim work which was one of the reasons why we chose Sanctuary. They are masters at their craft. One hiccup we did have was to replace the window sills which we didn’t think of during the installation. Alex was nice enough and basically charged us for the material and a little labor to have them replaced after the installation and came out nice. So if you’re thinking of replacing them do it during the window installation process. You won’t be disappointed. All in all, if you want quality work at a great price, with a hands on owner, Alex and his team is your choice for your next window project.

Comment: This review is a bit over due. Sanctuary installed two aluminum and glass impact doors from Mr. Glass. They worked with me, though the city was the headache. The crew that was sent out was very detail oriented. They made sure to cover everything as to to not get dust or debris anywhere, and they spent the time to stop and clean every so often. My old doors werent anything easy to remove, and yet they were careful not to damage anything around the work area, and again they kept it clean. Install of the doors was quick. They installed new moulding inside and out, and repaired the stucco. Looking back, I should have hired them to install all my windows in my house rather than installing them myself.

Comment: This company did an excellent job from start to finish. I had multiple estimates for the work to be done, and they were highly competitive. The order was placed prior to the onset of the Coronavirus. When the windows became available for installation we were not comfortable having anyone in our home. They did not push the issue at all, and stored our windows for a full two months. As a former contractor myself, I know that is burdensome. Once the work was scheduled, the crew arrived on time, covered our floors and furniture as needed to prevent any significant cleaning afterward. The 5 windows were installed in one work day. We are very pleased with the product and service provided.

We also have a home in NY and planned to have all windows and door installed in our Fla apt. All this happened before Covid hit.
