Comment: I had Santos install the paver driveway and seal it. They followed with cleaning the pavers and sealing it two years afterwards and did an excellent job. I contacted them to again clean and seal the driveway. The did an exceptional job. In fact, three neighbors wanted Santos to do the same on their driveway. I highly recommend Santos USA. They are efficient, professional, and timely with excellent workmanship.

The entire team, from the owners to the crew, were easy to work with from start to finish and exceeded my expectations. Im a property manager and was so impressed with the work that they did at my house that I have not only recommended them to customers, but also to family and friends.**UPDATE: I had such a great experience with my driveway & walkway project, I contracted with Santos USA Construction in 2022 to install brick pavers around my pool & to re-tile my pool & water feature. While the brick paver installation went very smoothly, there were some issues with the installation of the new tile. Santos USA Construction acknowledged that they had some personnel issues at the time, took care of them quickly & the team in the office worked with me to ensure that I was happy with the outcome of my project.

Comment: UPDATE: I have submitted the amazing packet provided by Junior to my HOA. The irony is that I wish my HOA was half as responsive as Santos Construction. Will keep updating as needed.UPDATE: TOTALLY AMAZED! Met with a Santos Construction Rep (Co-owner) very knowledgeable and courteous individual, talked me through the whole process and provided a very reasonable estimate. From what I see from this firm is that they will bend over backwards to make the customer happy. I think that this is the normal culture of the firm, I dont feel they are being so nice due to my post or comments. So far the are blowing me away with their product and service.FLASH UPDATE: I was just called by a very courteous gentleman from Santos Construction, we agreed to reschedule my appointment. We will see what happens. Change my rating to 3 stars from 1 star.I scheduled an appointment with this firm for an estimate to pave my driveway, walkway, foyer and walkway to my pool area. I was extremely excited, took time off and rescheduled other appointments to be present. MY APPOINTMENT WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT RATHER THAN AN APPOINTMENT, SANTOS CONSTRUCTION WAS A NO SHOW, NO ONE CALLED TO INFORM ME OF A SCHEDULING ISSUES, NOTHING, NADA, ZILCH. So I call them to see what was going, spoke two (I have to give them credit very nice ladies) but when I called to inquire, NO ONE CALLS BACK AS THEY SAY THEY WOULD. Im a baffled because online they seem to be a good reputable company or is it all a ploy to get you committed then everything from there is down hill. Im on the fence whether to give them a second chance.

Comment: Santos USA Construction is absolutely fantastic. They replaced the pavers in my courtyard and back lanai with marble pavers. They also sealed my driveway. From the moment I walked into the showroom, to when Junior came to give me a quote, to when the workers laid the stone, the project was flawless. Their work is precise and impeccable. They show up on time and follow through on every promise. I cant recommend them highly enough. The projects were an absolute pleasure from start to finish!!!
