Comment: We had an major issue with our Sea Wall and contacted pervious two sea wall companies which never got a call back. We asked a neighbor for a recommendation and they suggested Sea Tech Construction. With in days Anthony and Chris were on the property accessing the issues, a proposal, which was very fair, arrived and approved. Coral, the office manager, was quickly set up an appointment with a confirmed day and window time frame. Kyle and his co worker arrived promptly, again surprise! Kyle, with a very professional approach explained what and how he will correct the failing footer. Kyle set up his materials with total regard for our property and completed without issue the repair. I asked him about some other issues i need completed and he responded, he would get with Anthony. Amazing group and i totally would recommend this company for your seawall repair team!

Comment: Excellent experience with SeaTech from start to finish. Bryce from SeaTech kept me in the loop for each step of the process and discussed pros and cons of various options we were considering. All the employees that worked on the seawall and deck were considerate and cleaned up after their portion of the work was done. Very professional. I highly recommend SeaTech.

Comment: Best experience ever. Bryce was in constant contact with us regarding the permit and always responded quickly to any questions we had. As soon as the permit was issued we were scheduled immediately for the install of our boat lift. It was a smooth process from beginning to end and I highly recommend Sea-Tech Construction.

Comment: Communication with customers certainly is an area that needs some improvement. The quality of work delivered though is impeccable; this not only by my own judgement but also by city inspectors and one competitor.I had a very bad experience at the beginning because of repeatedly being given commencing dates that would just be ignored without any notice. This is the reason I do not assign 5 starts; once I was beyond that point and they really started the job the work flow progress was at the pace I expected.

Comment: My experience has been A+ Would recommend Sea-Tech Construction Inc. to anyone looking for top quality work at a fair/reasonable price. Very knowledgeable staff who are helpful and informative. Bryce was able to address all my questions and concerns immediately. Overall, very pleased and would recommend them over and over again. Seawalls, docks, pilings and boat lifts, these are the go to guys.

Comment: I started to panic when I saw a sinkhole start to form behind my seawall due to the rains from hurricane Irma. The Tuesday after the storm Sea-Tech was already back to business answering calls. I was able to promptly schedule an appointment with their sales guy Chris. Chris came out THE NEXT DAY. Chris was very helpful and informative. It turns out that I didn’t have any damage; I just needed my T-Piles sealed. This is my first waterfront home so I am still learning what to look out for and what to maintain. Since there is no permit required for this type of work we will be having this completed next week. In regards to the sinkhole, Sea-Tech’s proposal included free backfill! I am very pleased so far!

Comment: The guys over at Sea- Tech are awesome. As a Realtor it is always nice to have a reliable Seawall company to confidently recommend to my clients. They do the job right the first time. The were recommended to me by my neighbor in Lighthouse Point. Sea Tech fixed my Sea-Wall, and drove some piles for my new deck. I will continue to recommend them to my clients and neighbors.
