Comment: Hire Jacob and his team! We met with several contractors in the area. After meeting Jacob, we knew he was the right man for the job. Our condo needed a complete renovation. Jacob spent about an hour and a half listening to what we were hoping to do. He took measurements and then returned for another hour + to go over his plans and costs. His price was more than fair for the work that we wanted. Due to the pandemic, we were stuck back in New York when the work began. We were unable to get down to Florida to select materials. Jacob sent me pictures and information for what he envisioned. I was nervous because we couldn’t be there, but I grew to realize that I needed to trust him and began letting him select what he thought was best. Jacob was always reachable, sent progress pictures and kept us updated throughout the process. Upon our return to Florida, when we walked through the front door, all we could do was smile. It was stunning. Jacob transformed a 1970’s condo into a beautiful home. He and his team knocked down walls, removed popcorn ceilings, laid flooring, did electric work and built us a stunning kitchen, dining and living room. We are SO happy with Jacob and his team. Neighbors throughout our entire development are asking to see our condo because everyone is talking about how beautiful it is. And many neighbors have already asked for his business card. I did my due diligence and met with several contractors. Jacob is an honest man and 100% professional. Hire Signature Construction Group. You will not be disappointed.

Comment: We had the pleasure of Jacob and his team painting the entire interior of our home and installing crown molding in our great room. Additionally they installed wood floors. The work was done quickly and looks wonderful. They arrived on time, cleaned up any mess daily. We will definitely use them again.

Comment: From the very first time we met Jacob was fair and honest about work that did and didn’t need to be done. We had the entire interior of the house painted. The ceilings in the main living area were 12 ft and coffered. Along with that the details in the woodwork I was concerned about keeping the formal feeling of the property. Jacob and his crew did not disappoint. I was so impressed that along the way we added work to his list including installation of a new wood floor in two bedrooms and some backsplash and floor tiling in the laundry room. The timeline changed only slightly and that was due to another contractor I had in refinishing floors. Before the remodel was done the flooring company had also hired Signature to fix their mistake! Unbelievable. His crew was very prompt, professional and very friendly. A pleasure to do business with this company and look forward to the next project.John C

Comment: About a year after buying our home, we noticed a small spot of mold in the master bathroom. Being the handy man that I am, I decided to check it out myself. Turns out, we had a small, slow leak from our shower inside the wall that separated our jacuzzi tub from the shower heads. It had been wet for a very long time. (It also turns out that I am NOT that handy of a man haha.) Apparently, mold loved our bathroom as much as we did and had decided to move in. Long story even longer, I called a few friends to check it out, and of course, nobody wanted to touch it.We called my insurance company, and they sent out a team of experts who removed all the tile, drywall, wood, tub and even the kitchen sink. We began the mold remediation process. After they demolished everything else and we completed the mold process, we were in desperate need of a rebuild and remodel. I called a couple of contractor friends, and nobody was interested. It was either too big of a job, or too small of a job. My wife suggested we call Jacob from Signature Construction Group, whom we knew through church.Jacob and his crew came over within the week for an estimate, which was below what we expected. They were able to start the following week, and finished the work efficiently and thoroughly in a little over a week. At that point, we still hadn’t decided on the type of tile to install. Jacob was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and gave us some great ideas. His crew was kind, hard-working, and definitely knew their job. We needed a plumber to secure the water lines for the tub, and I couldn’t get away from work, so Jacob went above and beyond and met them at my house.In all seriousness, that’s just the kind of guy he is: honest, hard-working, caring, patient, affordable and willing to go the extra mile to take care of his clients.We would hire Signature Construction again in a heartbeat, Thank you Jacob for your awesome and thorough work on our bathroom! Comment: Signature Construction did a complete home renovation for us. We own a 3,000 square foot ranch home and the renovation included 3 bathrooms, complete kitchen, wood flooring, impact windows, removal of walls, painting, crown molding, stone fireplace, new doors, new lighting etc. A complete renovation!Jacob Werthem, owner of Signature Construction and his staff are the absolute top notch to work with. Jacob is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, stayed on budget, easily accessible and always answered our many phone calls. The staff were hard workers and very conscientious about their work. The quality of their work was wonderful.Jacob is a real perfectionist. There were a few minor issues that he was not completely happy with and he promptly had them corrected to our satisfaction.We are so very happy that we chose Signature Construction and highly recommend Jacob and Signature to anyone in need of any type of home renovation. Comment: We called Signature Painting & Remodeling to redo our bathroom shower and as it turned out it was done efficiently and quickly. We are so pleased with it that we invited our neighbors to come in and see the bathroom. It is a job well done by Jacob and his crew. Comment: I contacted Jacob for an estimate on painting all of my interior 8 solid wood doors. He came promptly for an estimate and was very knowledgeable in his field. We also had three other estimates done. Two of thecompanies did not know what they were talking about so their quotes didnt mean anything to us. You know the old saying you get what you pay for Jacobs quote was fair and we were so pleased with the men who did the work. They went above and beyond in their service. Our doors look great and we would not hesitate to call Signature Painting and Remodeling in the future for any painting or remodeling jobs.
