Comment: Great job on our metal roof!!! Our situation was a little tricky, we already had the material when Hurricane Ian struck. Pete, Dino and his crew and office staff worked through the permitting process and dealt with some missing material without missing a beat. Roof looks great and the price was even better. We highly recommend Southeast Roofing for all of your roofing projects!

Comment: My husband and I have a rental home south of Tampa that recently began leaking over several rooms. My husband just retired from the military and we live in Germany making things particularly difficult but not with Southeast Roofing. We reached out to them by phone and arranged an inspection to which they found wind damage, then coordinated with our insurance company through approval, and installed a new tile roof. We had a roof removed/installed in another home of ours in Florida 10 years ago and we were concerned to relive the pain of coordinating with the county and inspections but these folks made it super easy for us. We didn’t want to chance it and since we live out of the country, a friend of ours who is a local home inspector in Tampa checked out the work for us. The inspector told us that the work was excellent and we had nothing to worry about. The entire process (remotely from another country) was easy from the beginning to end. I would highly recommend Southeast Roofing to anyone needing a roof in the Tampa area.

Comment: Well it was a great experience because the staff and the people all involved when they tell you they were going to call you back they called you back and if there was an issue they would work on it and get back to you I had no problems at all its great Peter the owner his personal phone number and I spoke to him many times. He was great getting back to me when I problem he solved it. so its like one of the easiest companies ever worked with and the time was appropriate it was about 3 weeks cuz he mentioned before we even started that the permitting is whats taking so long and you said they wouldnt be any mess and he was absolutely right there was no roofing nails or anything on the floors cuz years ago when my dad put the roof in I got my tires almost every other day so he said that wouldnt happen and it didnt I recomWhere is the doodad mend Southwest

Comment: When they installed my beautiful roof, it was done in a few hours over a day. My property was left clean and no issues.The gutter installation took a little more time because of the weather, but with patience everything was done over and beyond expectations.I highly recommend this company that showed the kind of a great company that truly cares for their customers. We need more of this old fashion thing called service and a truly first class business operation.I am 82 and I know a good run business when I am lucky enough to choose one for my needs.

Comment: Everything went smoothly from the scheduling to the installation. Bo Saunders, our rep, kept us in the loop at all times. The roofing crew were very professional, put tarps out to collect the old roof materials and cleaned up everything when finished. New roof on in two days and looks great. I would recommend Southeast Roofing to do your roof without reservation. They do excellent work and on time.

I was initially disappointed that I had to be rescheduled but, I was extremely impressed on how the company kept in contact with me. As soon as the storm passed they were here to start the job. Comment: The crew came on time to do my siding and was extremely knowledgeable about what they were doing. They walked me through the process so I understood what was going on and kept me updated on it. They kept everything very clean. Again, I cant say enough about the crew. They even gave me recommendations for other companies to do work they dont do, like concrete work for my driveway.
