Comment: We had Sparks Construction design and build our custom home and are extremely pleased with the results. After meeting with four other builders, we decided on Josh due to his knowledge and expertise. It was a demanding build but he handled it with ease and was also readily available to answer any questions. We have also recommended him to others and would not hesitate to use Sparks Construction for any of our future projects.

Comment: We are very happy with our river home that Josh Sparks built for us! He is very knowledgeable. He values his customers and does a quality job with quality products. He is always quick to respond to questions and situations that may arise, even after normal business hours (this is not the case with other home builders we have used in the past). Our home was a very customized and had never been built before. Lots of issues came up along the way as to be expected. Some issues were oversight, but most were out of the builders control. Sparks did a great job at rectifying these issues and was very patient with us during the whole process. Its very hard to think of everything that such a customized elevated home would require, but with help from this personal builder we we able to pretty much nail every idea and thought about its features! Even after we moved in, he still responds promptly and treats us as a valued customer! I should note that we feel the price of our home was also a fantastic value!

Comment: Positive experience start to finish. Josh didn’t try to turn our imagined design into a generic box just to provide the lowest quote or make the most profit. His knowledge and the skill of his crew prevailed on a very challenging roofline and the curved walls and porch. He found an answer or solution to everything we wanted. Hes professional, honest and just a nice guy to interact with. The weather didnt always cooperate, but the house came in on budget and close to the estimated completion date.

Comment: We met Josh because we had an urgent garage repair needed to sell our place in Florida. We dont live there so it was tricky to find someone who would do a good job. Josh is awesome. He gave us a good quote, explained what was wrong and took care of everything including the permits. Great guy. We highly recommend him. I wish he was in our area. :)
