Comment: We worked with Scott on a renovation project while living in another city. Scott was very thorough in our walkthroughs and always amenable to our last minute changes. Our project was cosmetic in nature, and his workmanship was perfection. We gave him a very tight timeline and a rather complicated design. Scott handled both with a handshake, a nod and a smile. We couldn’t be happier with the work her did! Highly recommend!!

Comment: Scott upgraded two of our baths. Excellent work. Honest. Reliable. Does what he says he will do, shows up when he is supposed to. That’s a rarity in Florida!!! We’ve hired him. To do a complete remodel of master bath. Can’t wait!

Comment: Scott is professional, reliable, meticulous and is very personable. He did a walk through of our home because we had several jobs, from recessed lighting, crown molding, and painting. During the process, Scott provided options and his expertise on the best way to do the projects. He quoted a reasonable price and completed the jobs promptly and beautifully. Comment: My remodeling/repair construction experiences with Scott Beffert, owner of Spirit Building Group, have been all A+++ positive ones! Scott has always delivered the excellent result that he proposed in our planning meeting. His estimates have always been fair and he has worked diligently to finish the project within the proposed time period. He consistently questioned me during each project to be sure that everything was developing as I wanted it to, and if, on the rare occasion, something needed to be modified, he made adjustments quickly and happily to see to it that I was satisfied! I found this wonderful trait of Scotts to be basically nonexistent in other Contractors I have worked with. Scott is thoughtful in how he plans a project, careful and respectful in how he implements his plan and he works at the highest level of skill, paying attention to detail, insuring that his finished result is consistently excellent!! I highly recommend Scott Beffert and his company, Spirit Building Group, for any and all of your construction needs whether youre remodeling your current home or wanting to build a new one! 5 STARS

Comment: I hired Scott and his crew to do a renovation on my condo, which included: a little kitchen, install flooring and painting.  He was extremely professional, conscious of the timing, and was helpful materials and keeping costs low.  I would highly recommend Spirit Building and would use him again.  Thanks Scott and crew for an awesome job!😁🤩😁
