They showed up when they said they would, their crews worked efficiently, great quality and best of all -- no delays, excuses, blaming COVID or supply chains, etc. They did a great job in a challenging environment. Comment: We had our bathroom totally remodeled with new vanity, toilet, tub, floor tile, shower tile, and paint.The work was finished in less than 3 weeks, and looks really beautiful!Jessica made sure that we were aware of when the worker(s) were coming, and on which day(s), and the 2 hr. window when we could expect to see them. The communication was wonderful!The workers were wonderful too. They each were prompt, pleasant, and eager to please, and they all did quality work! They also did a fine job of cleaning up after they finished each day.We highly recommend Suncoast Construction! We had the BEST experience working with them!Ryan and Jessica are professional, friendly, and trustworthy. They were quick to respond to our concerns, and very interested in our satisfaction. We will certainly use them again for future remodels.

Comment: Honesty, integrity, communication, pride in work--they are the full package! Their work and attention to detail is extraordinary! Having not planned to be in our newly built home fulltime, we wanted to make this place feel like we had our comfortable place to land. We had numerous projects completed. Jessica, Ryan and the entire crew are amazing! After each project, they personally visited our home to ensure we were satisfied. From coffered ceilings, drywall repair, painting, new backsplash, TV mounts, new light fixtures, accent ceilings, new mouldings throughout the house, a new front door, garage improvements/storage... the list is SO long! We HIGHLY recommend Suncoast for any improvement services. They followed through with even our smallest requests,, and we are so grateful for the beautiful results!!!

Comment: Replaced a screen wall with a hurricane proof sold wall. Quality of workmanship was outstanding. Stucco and paint matches perfectly and looks like it was part of the original construction. I would definitely hire them again.

We had a fan installed, and also spoke to Ryan about a kitchen remodel. Comment: Our A/C unit stopped working over the weekend. I submitted an inquiry on the website and Jessica promptly got back to me. They were out Monday morning to diagnose the issue and were back out Tuesday morning to install the new part. It would have been completed Monday had they not experienced issues getting a hold of Carrier to get the part which was under warranty. They were very professional and prompt, texting with estimated arrival times and then texting when they were on the way. I would definitely recommend this business!

Suncoast closed in our dining room in our new home and made it into a beautiful and functional bonus room/bedroom with French doors.
